PLEASE NOTE:
During summer school holidays the caravan is for hire on a Sat-Sat basis, Arrival is 4pm, Departure remains 10am.
A £75 per week deposit (non refundable) secures your desired holiday dates, the balance to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to start date.
We ask all holiday-makers for a £75 security bond which is refundable within 10-14 days of holiday ending providing: There has been no smoking, No damage has been caused, All inventory is fully accountable (no breakages etc) and No excess cleaning is/was required. If your dog fouls in the caravan you will be charged for a full internal clean. If smoke is present you will be charged for a full internal clean, this is quite costly.
Not everybody smokes, Please keep it fair for everybody.
My wife & both I smoke, but we certainly do not smoke in either of our caravans!!
Our cleaner does not/has never smoked, please believe me she can smell smoke at 100 paces.

BOOKING, TERMS OF CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY
COMPLETION OF THE BOOKING FORM AND/OR PAYMENT IS DEEMED AS ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS.
PAYMENTS
1. A provisional booking will remain firm for a period of five days. A deposit of £75 per week is required to confirm a booking. If the deposit is not received within 5 days then the booking will be cancelled.
2. The outstanding balance must be received 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the holiday. In the event of the commencement being less than 8 weeks payment in full is required.
3. A £75 security bond will be added to the balance payment. This will be refunded within 14 days of your departure, if the caravan is left in a clean and tidy condition, free of damage and smoke free. All items on the inventory will be checked after departure and any items missing or damaged must be paid for in full. The hirer must inform the owners of any breakages, faults or problems as soon as possible.
CANCELLATION
1. Notice of cancellation of Caravan booking must be given to the owners in writing as soon as possible.
2. If you cancel less than 8 weeks prior to your holiday start date the deposit will be forfeited.
3. If you cancel less than 6 weeks prior to your holiday start the following deductions will apply:
a) 6 weeks or less to holiday start date - 25% of hire charge.
b) 4 weeks or less to holiday start date - 50% of hire charge.
c) 2 weeks or less tp holiday start date -100% of hire charge.
4. In the event of cancellation the security bond will be returned in full within 14 days after cancellation.
If the holiday has been paid for and unfortunately you have to cancel, then providing it is not within the 8 week period until your holiday start date then you will receive every penny of your payment back, minus the non-refundable deposit.
If you have to cancel with less than 8 weeks before holiday commences then the above cancellation charges will apply.
5. The Hirer is advised to take out adequate travel insurance to cover losses should there be a need for cancellation due to an insured event beyond the Hirers control resulting in financial loss.
6. The owners reserve the right to cancel occupancy without notice. In such an event the Hirer shall be notified as soon as is practical with the Owners liability limited to the value of any payment received from the hirer.
CONDITIONS
1. The caravan is 6 berth and should not at any time be exceeded. Only the names on the booking form can stay in the caravan.
1a All beds have mattress protectors and must not be used without linen and duvet covers on them. There is a launderette on site if you should need it please use it, Thank you.
2. The caravan is only available for rent by families and responsible adults. The Hirer must be 25 years or older and must remain present during the occupancy.
It is a policy of the park that the Caravan cannot be let out to:
a) Parties whose members are all under 18 years of age
b) Parties whose members are all males or all females.
No same sex groups permitted.
3 It is a holiday home for families and responsible adults.
4. Pets are welcome for the small some of £20 per pet per stay providing the caravan is thoroughly cleaned when vacating. You are responsible for your pet/s both on the site and in the caravan, If your pet fouls in the van You will be audited for the cost of an internal deep clean to eradicate any smells/stains etc. The same goes for smoking, if the caravan has been smoked in then you will be audited for the cost of an internal deep clean and in both cases you WILL forfeit your security bond!
5. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the Caravan.
The area surrounding the Caravan must be kept clean and tidy at all times.
5a. Gas, Electricity and Water usage is provided free of charge subject to fair usage..
5b. Fair Usage Policy.
Obviously if it is cold then we expect you to put the gas fire on for a while, we certainly don`t want you sitting in the cold but what is not excepted is having the gas fire on full, day and night even in the warmer months, this would be just abusing the free gas that we supply. Once vacated everything is thoroughly checked in and out of the caravan, including what usage of the gas there has been, please use common sense and only use gas fire when absolutely necessary, after all, we paid a lot extra to have heaters fitted into all of the other rooms.
6. Clothes are to be dried on the airer provided and at no time be dried over heaters. Clothes lines are not to be erected.
6a. None of the caravan inventory is to be removed from caravan, even outside!
7. Tents are not allowed on the park.
8. The Park Management or Caravan owners have the right to terminate any holiday if the general behaviour, or noise level of any party is unacceptable to them or complaints have been received. No money will be refunded in this circumstance.
9 We provide all bedding free of charge! Only things you need to bring are bath towels, we even provide tea towels.
9a. Beds will be made up for you, as for the bunkbed the bedding will be left on the bed for you to make up, Sorry but my bad back won`t allow me to do this I have tried and failed miserably.)
10. Please use the space at the rear of the caravan for parking your vehicle, do not park on the grass, especially in the wet. If you are caught by security parking on wet grass/ damaging grass etc you will be fined there and then and possibly escorted off the park, they may even ban you from any Bourne Leisure parks also.
11. No ball games to be played near to the Caravan
12 The Owner or his representative shall be allowed access to the Caravan at any reasonable time during the occupancy.
13. The site Management and Caravan owners will not be held responsible for any injury, death, loss of property or damage suffered by the hirer or member of their party.
14. The Caravan is available from 3.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure.
15. Please keep the Caravan in a clean state at all times.
16. If the caravan is damaged in any way or inventory items are missing or damaged then any damage or missing items must be paid for in full.
Liability.
We DO NOT accept liability for injury, loss or damage, suffered by you or any member of your party.
Insurance.
We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance to cover accidents, losses, cancelations etc. These policies are available quite cheaply from most insurance brokers.

Caravan To Hire At Blue Dolphin holiday park, Filey.
2005 ABI Arizona 3 Bedroom, 6 Berth Caravan.
Apologies in advance but this caravan is for use by Families and Couples only. Haven do not allow same sex groups whatsoever, Male or Female.
BEDROOMS 1
Master bedroom consisting of double bed, Two double wardrobes & dressing table and a wall panel heater.
BEDROOM 2
Two single beds with small bedside table and wardrobe as well as a wall panel heater.
BEDROOM 3
Designed for children with the off-set bunk-beds and a childs desk with stool. Plenty of cupboard space & a wall panel heater.
SHOWER ROOM
A good sized shower, Towel Radiator, toilet, wash basin & bathroom cabinet & plenty of towel hangers.
As You Can See, All Above Rooms Have Heating.
KITCHEN
Oven, Hob, (electonic ignition) Fridge-freezer, Toaster, kettle, Microwave.
Also includes all Crockery, Cutlery, Pans, Dishes, Bowls, Collander, Knife block set, Spatula. Wooden spoon, all you should need.
LOUNGE
Just off the kitchen the Lounge has a very big seating area and a good sized table with two stools. The gas fire faces the sofa`s, There is a TV, DVD Player, Selection of DVD`s, also included are a selcetion of kids games/cards etc.
For added safety precautions A Fire Extinguisher, Smoke Alarm & Carbon Monoxide Detector are present.
As an added bonus to save the holidaymakers time and expense we also provide (Free Of Any Charge) Duvet & Duvet Covers, Pillows & Pillow Cases & Sheets.
All Beds Are Also Made Up For Your Arrival, Except top bunk, linen will be left for you to make up.
Tea Towels are provided.
The only things we don`t provide are Bath Towels..!
We do allow well behaved pets (£20 per pet per stay) but pets are not allowed under any circumstance in any of the bedrooms, shower room or on the sofa`s.
It is your responsibility to ensure your pet behaves at all times both inside and ouside the van.
Please make sure your dog wears a lead at all times when outside of the van and pets are NEVER to be left alone in the caravan.
There is a huge field close to the caravan where your dog can excercise and also dog bins on the outskirts of the field, Please do not allow your dog to foul.
There are certain breeds of dog that Blue Dolphin (and other parks) do not allow on site, Please check this for yourself.
Please treat our caravan with respect after all, we ourselves use it for our holidays, Thank you.
There is No Smoking whatsoever in the caravan.
Smoke outside if you wish but please keep everything clean and tidy.
Funwork Passes are not included.
Should you wish to obtain these passes all you have to do (to ensure no extra charges are applicable) is make sure to include ages and Date Of Births of anybody under the age of 18 (at time of holiday) when filling out our booking form, along with the usual suspects, such as Names/Address/Contact number/Car Registration number etc and then you can decide if you want them or not at time of check-in at Reception.
As long as Blue Dolphin have all details prior to your holiday the prices will remain the same (no admin charge!)
All facilities inside the complex, including the pub, Eateries, Slot machines etc require you to have a pass.
What you see with us is what you get, no hidden costs anywhere and all you need to bring regarding the caravan are bath towels, We provide everything else free of charge!
We do not charge for Gas, Electricity & Water.

A great tip is to think about your own needs before making a booking. For example smaller cars in the range are likely to be perfect for couples and small families, larger cars however will be required when a large group is travelling with luggage DON'T FORGET THE SIZE OF YOUR LUGGAGE.
