Our price includes all gas and electricity. The only other cost to our guests is a nominal fee per person required by Parkdean to use park facilities. As private owners we have no control over this cost. If no-one wants to use the pool, clubhouse, etc., there is no charge by the Park.
A small deposit will be required when making your booking and the balance to be paid 3 weeks before your holiday date to enable cheques to clear.

A delightful woodland park hidden in the grounds of an old Cornish Manor House. Ideal for the sandy beaches nearby, you can easily explore the pretty villages of Port Isaac, Rock and Padstow and many other lovely areas. Enjoy great facilities for all the family without ever leaving St Minver Holiday Park.
Relax in the St Minver's lovely woodland setting or use the park's great facilities including an indoor pool with waterslide, adventure playground, kid's clubs, crazy golf. In the evening, head to the Manor House to chat over a relaxing drink in the Steakhouse Bistro and enjoy live family entertainment in the Camelot Showbar.
Spectacular scenery surrounds St Minver with wonderful walks and glorious safe beaches. Surfing at famous Polzeath and Newquay Beaches.
Cycling the Camel Trail. Cycles can be hired at very little cost for all the family. Ferry from Rock (2 miles) to Padstow (a must visit quaint fishing village). Many other attractions for all the family.
For Golfers: Many well known Golf Courses within easy reach including St. Enedoc (2 courses), Trevose, Llanhydrock, Roserrow, and many more. We have secure storage for golf clubs. |
