This is a 3 bed roomed privately owned caravan at Primrose Valley, Filey. Kitchen has everything you will need microwave, fridge freezer, cooker, kettle, toaster, cutlery, plates, etc. Bathroom shower, wash basin plus storage space for your items.
The caravan has a lovely double bedroom with built in wardrobe and a dressing table. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third has two single beds both with own wardrobes. All bedrooms have panel heaters for cold nights.
Gas, water, electric included in price. No smoking in van or single sex groups. Families and couples only. All breakages and damages must be paid for.
Duvets and pillows are provided but guests must provide their own bedding, towels and tea towels.
Passes for the facilities on Primrose Valley are not included with the price of the static caravan hire BUT YOU CAN PRE BOOK THEM WITH THE HOLIDAY PARK.
A £50 deposit is required within 7 days of booking by cheque or postal order, balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to holiday unless late booking when full payment will be required.deposit non refunable if you cancel
