Our caravan is a Pemberton Mystique which has 'country home' decor and a real home from home feel about it. It is sited so it backs onto a horse field where the horses regularly come up to you for a stroke and the rabbitts are always hopping about nearby.
The caravan is double glazed and centrally heated so it's very cosy in the colder months and there are two sets of patio doors from the living room so it's lovely in the summer to have the breeze blowing through on the hotter days.
There is decking to the front and side of the caravan to give an ideal place for sunbathing (two loungers supplied in the caravan), BBQ's or dining. We have supplied a basic patio set of a table and four chairs together with a BBQ (you will need coals).
The caravan is fully equipped with gas oven, grill and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettel, toaster, hairdryer, TV/DVD player, seperate CD player, pots pans, glasses, crockery, cutlery, corkscrew and tin opener! We have a travel cot and strap-on booster seat for babies as well as plastic plates, cups and cutlery for young children.
The master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an en-suite shower room with shower, toilet and basin. The second bedroom has twin single beds, fitted wardrobes and use of the family bathroom with corner bath and hand-held shower, toilet and basin.
We provide clean bed linen for each guest but ask that you bring your own towels and tea towels (bed linen for the cot is not provided).
The furniture in the lounge is freestanding and the settee converts to a double bed.
SOLENT BREEZES
Solent Breezes is situated at the mouth of the Southampton Waters and is an ideal location for watching the bog liners coming in and out of the docks. It is an ideal location for boating and yachting enthusiasts as it has it's own private slipway.
The site is part of The Solent Way walk where you can walk along the cliff top for as many miles as you can manage. The surrounding countryside and nature reserves make it an ideal location for bird watching and nature spotting.
The park has it's own newly-refurbished Breezes Bar which has stunning views across The Solent to the Isle of Wight and serves hot and cold food all day. During the typical holiday season there is an evening entertainment programme and a kid's club programme.
The on-site outdoor pool is heated and has a seperate shallow children's pool. There is a lifeguard on duty at all times and they offer adult only swimming sessions in the mornings. Other facilities include a children's play park, tennis court, launderette and basic groceries are available in Reception.
There are many places of interest in the surrounding areas to suit all interests and ages, from Marwell Zoo and Paultons Park to Portsmouth's Spinnaker Tower, Warships and shopping at Gun Wharf. It is 45 minutes to Bournemouth and The New Forest, and Southsea and the Isle of Wight are also easily accessible.
There are many pubs and restaurants all within a 10 minute drive of the park together with supermarkets and hair and beauty salons. The staff in Reception will be happy to give you details and directions.
