Caravan Park + Local Area Information
|
Summerlands Caravan Park is situated on Roman Bank across from Butlins. Its 10mins to Fantasy Island, 10mins to Skegness sea front, 5mins to the beach and 2mins to the shop. Local amenities also close by, there is plenty for all ages to enjoy including a public house with entertainment for children and adults open till late.
The caravan is a 8 berth superior caravan with 3 bedrooms. One double bedroom with TV, one with bunkbeds and the third with two single beds.
In the lounge you have TV, DVD player, stereo and films for all to enjoy. There is a radiator, heater and gas fire. Also a pull out double bed and dining table. You will find toys for the children, rubber dingy, buckets and spades.
Outside the Summerlands Caravan Park the bus stop is close by with buses running every 5mins to Fantasy Island and Skegness. Can you please bring your own bedding, sheets, pillow cases and duvets, towels and tea towels as these are not supplied.
The charge for pets is £15 each pet, and a bond of £30 will be required for any mess your pet may make. This is refundable once the caravan has been inspected, once you vacate.
You can go into the caravan 1130am Saturday morning of your holiday and vacate by 11am the following Saturday. Can you please leave the caravan as you found it. Any breakage’s is down to you to pay for. The caravan will be inspected once you vacate.
We will require £100 deposit low season and £150 deposit high season, the rest paid 6 week prior to your holiday and NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN if you decide you do not want to go ahead with the holiday.
