Luxurious, spacious and immaculately kept, Atlas Oakwood Super 37 x12 3 bedroom 8 berth static caravan is only a short walk from all the on-site facilities at Brynowen Holiday Park. Also within walking distance is the village of Borth, with its many shops, pubs, restaurants and miles of safe sandy beaches. Brynowen Holiday Park, Borth, SY24 5LS, is situated in a superb location having fabulous breathtaking views across Cardigan Bay to Cader Idris and the Cambrian Mountains beyond. It also has many varied facilities making it a perfect choice for your family holiday.
With an open-plan cottage style, the comfy lounge and dining room are separate from the wrap around kitchen. There are two twin bedrooms and one large double bedroom with the settee in the lounge providing a further double bed. The caravan also has a large hallway with storage and a bathroom which benefits from a larger than average shower cubicle. The caravan has many luxury fixtures and fittings throughout, including beach coloured wooden furniture giving the caravan a light and airy feel, plenty of valuable storage space and electric panel radiators in all rooms.
LOUNGE/DINNING AREA: - TV with SKY/DVD player, CD player and board games, modern gas fire recessed into a feature fireplace, comfortable semi fixed seating which compliments the room beautifully, dinning table with wrap around seating and additional chairs.
KITCHEN: - Fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, microwave, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, large range style gas cooker, grill and hob with electric hotplate, iron and ironing board.
OUTSIDE: - The caravan has an ideal location within the Park benefiting from both its level location and yet high enough up to benefit from stunning views across rolling fields and hills to the village and beach beyond. Followed by views of the Dovey Estuary and the cambrian mountains in the distance. There is a BBQ area with outside table, chairs and parasol and plans for a balcony to be erected are well underway for this season. The caravan has a parking bay and is but a short distance from the large grassed children's play area.
Gas and electric are included in the price along with entertainment passes subject to terms and conditions. Duvets and pillows for the 3 bedrooms are available but you are required to bring your own bed linen and towels. Linen packs are available and can be arranged and paid for direct with the site. Tea towels, cleaning products and a Hoover are also provided.
The provision of a travel cot and high chair are available and can be arranged at the time of booking. A separate charge would be applicable for the hire of these items.

FACILITIES IN BORTH VILLAGE.
Just a short walk from Brynowen holiday park you will find miles and miles of safe sandy beaches which now benefit from a multi-purpose reef recently constructed offshore, 300 metres from the RNLI station. Borth beach is famous for it's 10,000-year-old sunken forest, and has been featured on BBC’s “Coast” programme. In the village of Borth itself can be found 2 mini supermarkets that are well stocked and offer value for money products. Two fish and chip shops, craft and nicnack shops, several themed cafes, an Indian restaurant and takeaway, plenty of pubs, amusements, large kids play area, doctors surgery and chemists, church and Animalarium. If you like to walk then there are plenty of very scenic walks along the cliff tops where dolphins, porpoise and seals can easily be seen playing in the bays below. Borth also has its own Taxis and a regular bus service and also boasts its own railway station and information centre.

By Car: - At the end of the village you have Borth Golf Course and Club. Further on down there is Ynyslas beach, sand dunes and Nature Reserve with an activity centre and a boardwalk through the sand dunes. The large, lively university town of Aberystwyth is less than 15 minutes away. The town has everything you may need from large department stores and supermarkets to quirky little gift shops. There are also plenty of restaurants, clubs and bars, pubs, cafes, cinemas, museums, castles, culture and sightseeing, simply everything you would expect from a university town.
