A non refundable £100 is required for all bookings . A further £50 deposit is required for damage / brakeages but it is fully returned provided there is no damage or brakeages. Passes are also not included in any price quoted but can be purchased from the reception. All payments must be fully paid within 8 weeks of arrival date.
Check-in is from 1pm & check-out is before 10.00.
Terms & conditions must be submitted for all bookings & all funds must be paid before due arrival date. ( sorry no payment at the caravan ).
This caravan is extremly popular so it is adviseable to book as early as possible. Preffered contact is via e-mail.

Set within the Exclusive area of Ailsa Brae , Craig Tara , Ayrshire. For the enjoyment of all my guests the caravan is Smoke & Pet free.
Ideally the MAX number is 4 persons , however there is a sofa bed in the Living Room ( for occasional use only ), so the Max number can be 6 persons.

We have spent much time and money to equip it to the highest of standards having all you require for an enjoyable stay.
This caravan has been made a home from home maintained and furnished to the highest of standards as you will only appreciate on viewing. All furnishings have recently either been replaced or valeted therefore at this time spotlessly clean and we ask that only people who are willing to treat this as their own apply to rent this home.
The Living room has a flat screen TV with HD Freeview . Both bedrooms have wall mounted flat screen tv with dvd players.
I offer a variety of combinations, both mid week & weekends & weekly. Offers are available for stays that are 14 days or longer.
I can offer you the following combinations ONLY :
Monday - Friday ( 4 nights ).
Friday - Monday ( 3 nights )
Monday - Monday ( 7 nights ).
Friday - Friday ( 7 nights ).
Saturday - Saturday ( not PEAK dates ).
