Owner's Booking Terms
Haven charge directly for passes into the complex where the swimming pools, amusement arcades, entertainment show bar, Mash & Barrel restaurant, bar patio decking area, mini golf and childrens play areas can be found.
The average costs for a family of four in high season e.g. school holidays is around £100 per week dependant on the ages of the children (under 4 are free) at the time of visiting
Purchase of the passes can be taken up through reception on arrival at the park
Additional Instructions
Please contact us to make sure that the dates are still available either by e-mail: backerei220@yahoo.co.uk or by phone 07921 677323. We will send out the booking form and associated information which should be completed and returned along with your 20% deposit or full payment if booking within 6 weeks of your holiday starting. To ensure you keep the dates requested, please send a confirmation email to the above address.

Upon receipt of the booking form, we will confirm your booking by e-mail. Deposit (if not attached with the booking form) must reach us within five working days of confirmation of booking or we will assume that you no longer wish to reserve the dates booked.

Should you not take the booked holiday (for whatever reason) any monies paid are non-refundable (excluding the security deposit). You may want to look into taking out cancellation / holiday insurance to safeguard your money in the event of you not being able to take your planned holiday, e.g. sickness, loss of earning - often this can be obtained through your bank/post office.

BALANCE
The balance of your holiday must be paid six weeks (6) weeks prior to the start of your holiday please. (We will endeavour to send a reminder 2 weeks before the due date but please do not rely just on this) Payment can be made by Cheque or Standing Order, please make cheques payable to Peter Baker

We require a £50 security deposit to be sent with your payment for your holiday, this is fully re-fundable when the caravan has been checked after your departure, if the caravan is left clean and tidy (washing up done/put away and all rubbish removed) and no damage has occurred (e.g. doors, drawers, furniture etc not breakages of crockery) this will be returned within 7 days of your holiday ending.

Main Description
Our van is 38x13 and is classed as Platinum grade by Haven. It is on a secluded and tranquil pitch at Littlesea Holiday Park overlooking the Fleet and Chesil Beach with its own tarmac parking space. It has 2 bedrooms with a large pull out double bed integrated into the stand alone settee making it into a 6 berth

The large lounge area has a very comfy 3 seater settee and individual chairs with a glass fronted coal effect electric fire situated on the wall and a 40" LCD TV with inbuilt DVD player and free view. Patio doors lead out to a 6' wide decking area where you can sit and take in the fabulous sunsets whilst partaking of some refreshments.

The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with an oven and grill and a microwave in its own allocated housing. There is ample storage space in the kitchen units and a large integrated fridge freezer. The dining area is situated within the kitchen area with free standing dining table and chairs to seat 4. There are also 2 fold up stools to provide additional seating (stored in the walkin wardrobe in the master bedroom) on those occassions when 6 sit around the table

The twin bedroom has a fitted wardrobe with drawers and wall cupboards with under unit lighting. The spacious master bedroom has a large walk-in wardrobe with storage shelves, a large vanity area with mirror and light and ample drawer space plus has the advantage of a 22" tv with DVD player. This bedroom also benefits from an en-suite washroom with a shower cubicle, wash basin and w/c.

The luxurious family bathroom has a wash basin with under sink storage, w/c and large shower cubicle. This holiday home also benefits from double glazing and gas central heating throughout.

Outside space includes a tarmacadam parking space, a paved patio and a large grassed area - ideal for the kids to play in sight of the van and the balcony area. To make the most of the sunshine we have provided a wooden picnic table, outside chairs and a portable BBQ frame

A lovely caravan in a lovely position on a very good site, Our grandchildren were not going to have a Holiday this year due to House move. They were absolutely thrilled with everything, we took them one day to explore Corfe castle, which they loved, we went to the top of portland light house, knee's suffered but we all thought it was great, they loved the kids shows in the club room, On the Saturday we were coming home Oscer 6yr said what are we doing to day Grandad ? I said we are going to look at portland castle! Oscar said Ohh no Grandad "Not another Broken Castle". Thanks Pete & Lynn it was super Kind Regards Stuart and Sandra

This is a beautiful caravan full of home comforts. Spacious and spotlessly clean. Parking next to the caravan is a bonus too. The room sizes are great for the family and was lovely having outdoor games left for the children and dvds and books. Felt just like home. The location of the caravan is perfect at the park overlooking the Chesil Beach and a quick walk to the facilities of the pool, arcade, mash and barrel etc. The park is close to Weymouth town and great location to visit lots of local amenities. The owners were very helpful and booking and correspondence was emailed promptly. All in all was a fantastic holiday which we all enjoyed. Caravan was beautiful and the sunsets breathtaking. I would highly recommend this caravan and would love to return.

Beautiful caravan with the luxury of home. Breath taking views of the fleet, and family visits from the badgers amazing!!!!!! Everything on site swimming entertainment and restaurant and bar .but just happy to chill relax and watch the world go by with the beautiful sunsets. Would love to go more often would highly recommend !!!!!!!

The van is ideally placed for lovely views of chesil beach. It is warm & homely & during our stay, being close to Christmas, it had been festively decorated by owners. The park is close in proximity to Weymouth town centre which is easily accessible by car or bus. There is plenty to do in the area, even out of season, with great bars & restaurants all close by. Already planning my next trip for the beginning of the season!!
