Customer Comments:
Tim and Elaine's caravan was brilliant and we used it to the full. The main bedroom was extremely comfortable. The other beds were what you would expect in a caravan. Breakfast on the "balcony" overlooking the beach was a particular highlight- a fantastic panorama. We also enjoyed walking directly from the site down onto the beach and/or into the nature reserve. In general the camp site though enormous, was quiet and other users very polite and friendly. We were there over the bank holiday so that was a bit noisier. There was some room next to the caravan to play games and passers by did not seem to mind walking round us. The caravan had a well equipped kitchen and spare bedding and towels were available. The welcome pack was a nice gesture too. Tim and Elaine were indeed very helpful and amenable. They had obviously paid great attention to our needs and to making it appealing when we arrived. Five minutes later it was already looking less aesthetic with all our junk in it! In short we highly recommend this caravan.

Customer Comments:
The caravan is on a prime pitch and the first thing you see in the morning when you open the curtains is the Bristol Channel. You can watch the water glistening in the morning sun, while you have breakfast on the decking, lovely! I stayed here with a friend and the accommodation offered in the two bedrooms was excellent. The caravan has all the necessary equipment needed for a comfortable stay, including some very soft luxurious towels. The caravan was new last year and has been looked after. The owner was on hand to make sure we had everything we needed and to offer advice on where to visit. There are so many places to go and a holiday in this area wouldn't be complete without a visit to Barry Island, where, on the day we visited, the sun was shining and it was a beautiful day. Another interesting trip was to park on the Penarth Barrage and cross Cardiff Bay in a boat and visit the Welsh Assembly Building etc. We tended to eat lunch while we were out, however, the take-away and other food outlets on site and the pub just off site all do excellent food. The caravan is very reasonably priced for what is on offer in the area. I can't wait to go back.

Stunning views and a gorgeous caravan. The Accommodation only loses one mark because it was so beautiful we were scared to make a mess! Tim and Elaine were really friendly and left us a lovely gift of chocolates, biscuits and sweets! We have since got a dog so not sure we would be allowed back! Would love to visit again though.
