please note we do not allow same sex groups, we also ask you to obtain a park rules letter from the main office. We require a 50.00 deposit to book and the holiday payment to be made 14 days before your holiday commences. Out of season we can do weekends and weekday short stays but in peak they are full weeks only.
Arrival time is no earlier than 2pm and the caravan keys must be handed into the office no later than 10am day of departure. We expect the caravan to be left in the same condition as you will find it and any damage will be charged.
Once the van as been checked which is usually within a few days of departing we will refund your 50.00. This caravan is ideal for those who want to be right in the thick of the entertainment with everything so so close by. any further questions please ask.
caravan is old however has undergone major renovation with new kitchen base units and appliances inc fridge and cooker, new flooring and new electrics,
consists of 1 double bedroom
1 twin but with extra bed attached off floor onto the wall, not for tall person only child, so it sleeps three in the twin room.

you can bring your pets but remember if we have to deep clean due to pet hairs you will be charged, please respect our van and enjoy your holliday
takes around 3 mins to walk to beach and no main roads to cross.infact if you know were joes bar is situated on the front then you could be there in 2 mins. takeaways and amusementa are 1 min away.
also you are responsible for your own insurance for loss or damage or your items, please check with your insurance broker.
