It's a shame you can't pay for the holiday on the website because it was a slight hassle making the payment but they were very helpful and polite throughout the whole booking process which was reassuring. It was all so worth it though. When we arrived we was more than happy with the caravan. It was very clean and such a nice caravan to stay in. If I could make any negative comment it would be that the caravan doesn't have a veranda like some of the other caravans around but this didn't make too much difference to our holiday because there was a patio with nice garden furniture anyway. The whole holiday ran smooth. There was lots of information on their website which prepared us for the holiday so we could plan our days before we even got to caister. We will definitely be staying in this caravan again next year. It's the nicest caravan we have ever stayed in. Thank you. Loraine x

I feel I cannot say enough good things about the short break we took in your caravan. It was a much needed break booked literally at the last minute and you could not have been more helpful and kind. We were given an upgrade as the caravan we booked would not have been ready in time and since we had booked so late this was a treat. The caravan was beautiful and apart from a few minor issues was spotless. We stayed in The Roxbury. There were a few DVDs to borrow and a very nice TV to relax in front of in the evening if we wished. Plenty of hot water and a lovely fire to take the chill off which was all the heating we needed. Beds were superbly comfortable with good lighting and plenty of storage room for a holiday (although I must admit there were only 3 of us!) The camp was generally very clean which says a lot for the staff as by the end of the day on Saturday it was evident that not everyone was good at putting their litter in the bins! But you had to be quick to see this as it was all cleaned up by the time we went out again. The park was generally very quiet where we were despite their being plenty of people around. The beach was amazing and we spent most of our time there. The cost of the passes was pretty high so we did not get them and you could not use the swimming pool without one which was a disappointment but some of the extra activities could be hired without one. Again the cost was pretty high and some of them closed earlier than we had expected but as the beach was so lovely and the weather was good we didn't need it anyway. I understand the cost of the passes varies according to the season so perhaps in winter when the pool would be more desirable it would be cheaper. There was a small shop on site with reasonable prices as well as a café and pizzeria. By the end of our break we felt relaxed and ready to tackle to world again. We would definitely stay here again!

If we had to list all the negatives of our experience here it would just be thaat its a touch more expensive than other places we've stayed, but that's it! You can tell that you are getting what you pay for as the facilities there were amazing, and for us old folk, a quality caravan in an area as lovely as that is all we could have asked for

We decided to take out two boys up to caister as a nice little break before exam season, and my oh my it was absolutely fantastic! The caravan itself was absolutely beauteous, but there was so much to see and do in and around the park as well! we couldnt have asked for much more really, and will definitely be revisiting after exams are all done and dusted!

We were unsure about staying here at first, its a bit on the expensive side, but my oh my the quality we found when we go there, the kids faces lit up at the sight of a caravan and it was so nice to see them immersing themselves into the holiday rather than computers. A definite one to return to.

If we are being honest, it was one of the more expensive caravans we have ever stayed in as a family, but it was almost certainly worth it. The quality of the caravan itself was enough, we could have spent the entire holiday just stood inside it! it was an absolutely beautiful place to stay and is a true home away from home that we will definitely be returning to!

We decided it would be a good idea to give our son and daughter a break from college and GCSE revision over Easter and as such decided to take them to Caister for a short holiday. We had the most wonderful time and were happy with the amount there was for older children to do. needless to say, the kids loved the break and are back to working hard again now. Wish we were still there, and we will undoubtedly return next year.

There is so much to do at this holiday park it is unbelievable! Absolute, non-stop fun and action from beginning to end. The accommodation itself is as classy and comfortable as it looks in the pictures, we almost felt out of place in it, like we weren't in a caravan or something! all in all an awesome holiday and we shall be returning next year :)

Customer Comments:
We absolutely adored our stay in Caister and cannot wait to return to this caravan next year. Although this caravan was a bit more expensive than some of the other private ones we’ve stayed in, the saying you get what you pay for certainly came true as the comfort, style and homeliness were ten times better then any caravan we have stayed in before. The décor was amazing and we felt like we’d stopped in a fancy hotel room in the big city, when we were actually lapping up the incredible scenery The park itself was also absolutely fantastic. There was so much to do there, we’re pretty sure we only covered about half of the park in the entire week! That’s forgetting about the wildlife parks and things to see in the surrounding area as well. And for all those mum’s out there who fancy a break from making tea, the food is so good you’ll give up on cooking forever!
