TAKING BOOKINGS FOR 2012
When you book, a £50.00 deposit is required. This secures your booking with the outstanding amount to be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday. In addition, a £50 deposit is added to the hire price as a cleaning and damage deposit. This is refunded once the caravan has been inspected as being left in a clean and undamaged state. Within 1 week after departure.
Gas and electricity is included in the rental price.
Standard bookings run from Friday to Friday.
PLEASE NOTE: Passes are not included in the price of your holiday, but can be purchased at reception on arrival.

Caravan Park + Local Area Information

Please note that we have added to our photos a map showing the exact location of our caravan. Our pitch is on Clippesby that is on the right hand side of the complex in the darker shaded area.
The Cosalt Eclipse is luxurious modern homely 8 berth 3 bedroom caravan it benefits double-glazing and gas central heating throughout and a beautiful feature coal effect fireplace which gives our caravan a real touch of home.
Living and kitchen area is situated in the middle of the caravan. It is bright and spacious with large patio doors, leading out onto a paved patio area which includes outside caravan light, garden table/chairs, parasol and a larger than average grass area due to the corner plot perfectly located where your children can play safely Hedge to rear of caravan giving you your privacy and preventing cut through.
Fully fitted kitchen with gas oven, hob and grill, integrated fridge and freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils - everything you need to make the perfect holiday meal. Large utility cupboard that stores the hoover, clothes airer iron and ironing board.
Dining area has a free-standing table four chairs and two matching stalls. The lounge has a U shaped seating area with integrated guest bed a coffee table and 32inch flat screen TV with free-view and DVD / CD player.
Main double bedroom is situated at one end of the caravan. This makes it lovely and private and has en-suite wc hand basin and large shower plus a hair dyer. Double wardrobe and plenty of cupboard space. Not forgetting the TV.
Twin bedrooms are situated at the other end of the caravan with single wardrobes and bedside cabinets their own WC hand basin and shower.
Duvets and pillows are also included however you need to bring your own bed linen, tea towels, towels, toiletries etc.
This is a privately owned caravan & we take great pride in ensuring that all of our guests have a comfortable & enjoyable stay.
