Our holiday home is an airy 3 bedroom Willerby Westmorland situated in a quiet Cul De Sac behind the reception office, which is safe for children and our plot benefits from the sun from early morning to the early evening. The home is privately owned and is immaculately maintained. All bedding will be changed prior to your visit, all you will need is bath towels and tea towels for the duration of your visit. Should you book for a fortnight, a change of bed linen will be left with you on arrival.
The home benefits from an open plan lounge which provides an airy spacious feel. Fully equipped kitchen with all crockery and cutlery, plus cooker microwave and fridge. There is a barbecue on the patio should you wish to eat Al fresco. The shower room has a hand basin and WC and there is also a separate WC.
The St Minver Holiday Park is a peaceful wooded site with walks and the countryside close at hand. A heated indoor pool with a small sauna are ideal for a relaxing swim. Next to reception you will find the on site grocers and general store to cater for most of your needs. Close by is the launderette which contains 3 washers and 4 tumble driers which are coin operated. There is also a separate spin drier and iron and ironing board. Venture up to the manor house where there is an all weather sports court for 5 a side or basketball. Adjacent to this is a children's play area with swings, slides and see saws. Next to the manor house there is crazy golf with clubs and balls hired for a nominal fee from the clubhouse.
The clubhouse itself contains a restaurant serving a variety of good standard food a well stocked bar and an entertainment hall where the nightly entertainment is held. Upstairs can be found a soft play area for the very small visitors to the park, and there are darts and pool tables in this area.
Free wi-fi is available in the clubhouse. Passes for the use of the facilities can be purchased from reception at a cost of around £12 for the week per person.
The park is approximately 15 minutes from the lovely town of Wadebridge with a mix of outlets including clothing, footwear and an abundance of cafes and restaurants. Don't forget to try a renowned Barnicutt pasty. Wadebridge is also the start of the picturesque camel trail where you can hire a bike and take a two wheeled tour along the reclaimed railway line to the old fishing village of Padstow.
Rock is only a 10 minute drive from the park with restaurants with views across the camel estuary, access to Daymer bays expansive beach and access to the passenger ferry across the Camel to Padstow. Wander the narrow streets browsing the mix of shops or book a short fishing trip and catch your own dinner.
Also only 10 minutes away in the opposite direction is Polzeath with it's fine beach and a hub of activity for experienced and novice surfers alike. Lessons are available and for the more adventurous bookings are taken for the adrenalin rush of coasteering. A little further and you can visit the old fishing village of Port Isaac where you can purchase fresh fish or crab to eat at your leisure and you may even catch the filming of the ever popular Doc Martin.

In addition to the facilities above the swimming pool has a separate sauna for adults. There is a soft play area within the manor house for the smaller members of your group. The outdoor park has slides, swings and climbing frames as well as a multi sport court for football and basketball. The kids club with Sid and Lizzie is a great attraction for the children.
