This luxurious holiday home benefits from a comfortable lounge furnished with two free standing armchairs and a bed settee. The BK Sheraton's distinctive front window combination provides a mass of natural lighting making the lounge feel warm, spacious and ideal for relaxing. The lounge also benefits from a ceiling fan, colour TV, DVD and free view.
Kitchen & Dining Area:
The modern luxury kitchen with marble effect work tops includes, full size integrated fridge and freezer, superb cooker, extractor fan and microwave. The dining area comes complete with free standing dining table & chairs it also comes with additional electrical appliances such as Tassimo coffee machine and George Forman grill.
Bedrooms:
This accommodation has two beautifully designed bedrooms furnished to a high standard, one luxury double with fitted wardrobes, en-suite toilet & basin, also room to fit travel cot. The twin room enables you to push the beds together to make a double, there is also a sofa bed in the lounge.
Shower & Toilets:
This beautiful accommodation benefits from toilet and shower room in the hall and also an en-suite in the master bedroom. It has a large shower cubical with sliding glass doors and the shower tray can also double up as a shallow toddlers bath if required.
Heating & Water:
The BK Sheraton has double-glazing and a natural gas combi boiler central heating system, with radiators in all rooms and instantaneous hot water to taps and shower, without loss of pressure, this means you can holiday all season in comfort.

For entertainment value, for both adults and children, we have installed a 26" LCD TV, Sky+HD with access to Sky Movies, Sky Sports 1,2,3 & 4, plus all the childrens channels.
The Site
Haven Devon Cliffs is reffered to as the "5 star Flagship site for Haven" It has recently undergone a multi million pound upgrade focused on entertainment for your families pleasure, in particular, the construction of 4 flumes for the swimming pool.
The main complex offers amusement arcade, bars, diners, Starbucks coffee shop (with free WiFi), convinience store, Spa and much much more.
Outside attractions include, climbing wall, crazy golf, five-a-side all weather football pitch, childrens play parks and a host of activities conducted by the Haven entertainers for the whole family. All entertainment events are published in the main reception.
Surrouding Areas
If you wish to venture off the park, there is plenty to do in Devon. A bus service operates from the site to the local towns and villages, such as Exeter the capital city of Devon, Exmouth and Budleigh Salterton the local seaside towns. Crealy Adventure Park is about a 15 min car journey away and offers hours of fun for all ages.
Exmouth has a train station if you want to sample the delights of urban Devon , places such as Torquay, Paignton and Dartmouth or the English Riviera as it is better known or the largest city in Devon, Plymouth.
If you prefer the rural scene, you can visit Exmoor or Dartmoor both of which are a 30 minute car ride away. Leaflets for most local attractions can be found in our caravan information folder or at the main reception.
With all this available you would expect it to come with a big price tag, well, if you book with Devonshores Caravan hire you will find we are probably the cheapest around. We try to cater for everyones personal needs, therefore we offer 3,4, & 7 nights breaks.

High Season to - £690
all prices quoted are inclusive of gas and electric.
Club passes are extra, bed linen can be supplied for a nominal charge and towels are not supplied. Full details can be found on our website.
