To confirm a booking a deposit of £50.00 is required. This also acts as your electricity deposit and safeguard against any damage or unreasonable mess made during your stay. If you use £5.00 worth of electric with no extra cleaning charges then £45.00 will be returned at the end of your stay.

Caravan Park + Local Area Information
|
The caravan is situated in a small village called Par, just 1 mile from the beach. geographically the location is perfect to see all Cornwall has to offer. You will be 30 mins from the north coast of Padstow / Newquay, 30 mins from Truro and 30 mins from looe / polperro. Right on your doorstep is the fantastic Eden Project, Fowey and Mevagissey.
The park itself is a quiet, safe, family run site. On site facilities include, swimming pool, gym, cafe, shop, clubhouse/bar, solarium. Fishing lakes and horse riding is provided very close by. Activities are charged extra, with the exception of the indoor swimming pool.
The van has two bedrooms, one double and one twin and will comfortably sleep four people. The van has recently been re-furbished which included new carpets , curtains , and seating throughout. Brand new oven with hob and grill. Everything in the kitchen is also new plates / cuttlery etc. Included in the rental price is your gas, water, tea towels, quilts and pillows, garden table and chairs, rotary drier, parking for one car with the van. All we ask you to bring is your own hand / bath towels. Electric is not included. The electric runs by inserting cards into the meter. This is always kept topped up so you wont run out, but the reading is taken on your arrival and then when you depart. The amount is then deducted from your £50.00 holding deposit. The average cost for 1 weeks electric would be £3.00, but if you choose to leave the heating on 24hrs the cost would be more. Electric is included in the price from 29th May to 04th September.
All bookings run from 15:00 Saturday to 10:00 the following Saturday. If you arrive early and the caravan is ready, you may get in early.
Payment in full 8 weeks before your stay, or the caravan may be re-let and your deposit lost.
