Owner's Booking Terms
A £75.00 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. The balance to be paid in full no later than six weeks prior to visit. All payments by cheque please. The caravan is available after 2.30pm on day of commencement of your holiday and should be vacated before 10.00am on the day of departure. Keys are obtained from the Kelling Heath Reception upon submission of a key release form, this is sent to you after the balance of your holiday is paid.

You may have friends or relations visiting you during your stay, but under no circumstances whatsoever must you let them stay overnight, as this could invalidate the insurance cover. All guests must abide by Kelling Heath Holiday Park Rules at all times, including when in charge of a dog.

All bookings must include an occupant over the age of 18. 10% discount available on a two week block booking. Discount available for repeat bookings. Same sex groups are welcome subject to age. Short breaks are available outside of school holidays. Minimum of 3 nights. Please email with required dates for a price.

Main Description
Set in its own private plot, in an idyllic woodland setting bordered by birch, pine and oak trees, our lovely family holiday caravan can sleep up to 6. It has a master bedroom with a king-sized bed. The second room has small twin beds which can be put together to make a double bed, or stacked to create a single bed and a space for a travel cot. There is a shower-room/WC, and sleeps 6 using the convertible sofa in the living area. A lockable shed is available next to the caravan for storage of your bikes etc., at your own risk.

Entrance to the holiday home is via steps on to the decked veranda, which provides a pleasant outdoors sitting area. The enclosed porch provides a useful area for sitting (there is a small sofa) or the shedding of outdoor gear after an excursion. There is parking for several vehicles inside the gates

The caravan is fully equipped with everything we think you might need while on holiday, There is ample crockery, cutlery, glassware, pots & pans etc if you plan to eat in, or you have the choice of the restaurants, the bars or take-away Pizzeria on site, or sampling pubs and restaurants in neighbouring villages and towns. There is a free standing dining table with 4 chairs and 2 folding chairs.

Duvets and pillows are provided, all we ask is for guests to please bring their own bed linen and towels. There is an airer and pegs, and also a hair dryer.

The caravan is double glazed and centrally heated and has an electric fire in the lounge where there is a Free-view TV, DVD player and a radio. Gas and electricity are included in the rent. Wi-fi is available free in the restaurant/bar. The lounge area can be separated from the dining area and the kitchen has a gas cooker and a microwave. There is a 'fridge and separate freezer.

The caravan is privately owned and occupies a plot within the award winning Kelling Heath Holiday Park, (2013 Caravan Holiday Park/Holiday Village of the Year -Visit England Awards for Excellence), in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. On site you will find:-

I love this caravan. This is my second time to this particular van and love the layout and the location on site. The living room has doors to turn in to another separate room at night for more privacy for anyone wanting to make a cuppa early as the room is closed off from the living room. We have booked 3 vans from this owner in the past and he has always been very accommodating and helpful. John then owner is a really lovely person to deal with and always has the van in fab order to move straight in to and is happy help. I have already booked for July 2017 and will continue for many years to come if possible. Beautiful location on site with a very large fenced garden that can hold 4 cars or more.

Super caravan. Well equipped, clean, cosy and warm. We hired bedding from the owner as it is a king sized bed and I can say it was lovely and clean and good quality. Great size, secure plot for our dog. Good location on the site, not noisy, at the end of a track so people aren't driving by. Great having the extra add on porch which housed our large dog crate perfectly and we could sit on the little sofa. The sofa can easily be moved on to the decked area for added comfort as long as you remember to put it away. John is easily contactable for any issues and replies promptly. I would recommend this to couples, families and dog owners a like. We won't hesitate to book in future

I have been to this caravan multiple times and I can honestly say it is one of my favourite places to visit. The owner is an absolute diamond and cannot do enough for you, for example one occasion when I went, I realised I would not be arriving until after 7 on a Friday and the owner ensured that I would be able to easily access the keys on arrival. The caravan is beautiful in side and looks very modern set in an amazing location. I would recommend this caravan for anyone who is looking to visit kelling health 10/10 would give 5*

We had a lovely week at Kelling Heath. We booked our holiday very late but the owner was extremely helpful and obliging which made the booking process very easy and efficient. This excellent service continued as the caravan was very clean, welcoming well-equipped and homely. We are pleased to say we had an excellent holiday and will be recommending to family and friends and hope to return in the near future. We are more than happy to give a 10/10 rating for our holiday experience.

I had extreamly high expectations for this caravan as the pictures are fantastic and in all honesty it was alot better than what i thought it was going to be. Its clean and tidy,the deccor is modern and i can can garentee you will want to move in there. The basic naccessities are provioded, the owner was extreamly helpful and polite. Would highly reccomend this caravan!! 10/10 had a fantasic weekend and will deffinately be returning in the near future!!!!
