The reference to same sex groups applies to groups of 3 or more persons of the same sex.

In the vast majority of cases the advertisers on have to follow the holiday park rules set by Haven, ParkResorts, etc. Most of the holiday parks in the UK do not allow single sex parties to occupy a single caravan.

This rule does not prevent same sex couples from hiring a caravan. Also some discretion may be given in certain circumstances such as a Grandmother, Mother and Daughter wishing to holiday together.

If you are in any doubt please tell the person advertising the caravan about your circumstances and they should be able to give you clarification on your individual circumstance.

Owner's Booking Terms
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required with all bookings with full payment due 6 weeks before your holiday begins.
A refundable damage/security deposit of £50 is also required which will be refunded 7 days after inspection for missing/damage items. Checks will also be made and charged for excessive use of gas and electricity.

Entertainment passes are not included in the hire of caravan but can be obtained from reception on arrival should you wish to purchase.

Main Description
A perfect spacious caravan situated in a lovely location on Langdale at Lakeland Leisure Park. It offers all the comforts you need when on holiday. Perfect for spending time with the kids or just enjoying the delights of the beautiful Lake District.

It has 3 bedrooms, 1 master and 2 twins. The master bedroom has a double bed , wardrobe, chest of draws and cupboard space, and can be used as an en-suite, perfect for your holiday requirements. Both twins have small wardrobes and cupboard space.

Boasting 2 bathrooms, one with shower, an open plan lounge dining area and a fully fitted kitchen with electrical essentials, and benefits from full central heating and double glazing.

The lounge area has comfortable seating area with a 40inch TV. and a gas fire for those really chilling mornings!

Outside is a patio area perfect for entertaining the children or just relaxing around the BBQ. It has the sun most of the day and evening.

The caravan is located close to all amenities on the park, including the golf course, tennis courts, swimming pools and the Live Lounge for all day and evening entertainment should you wish to enjoy.

Additional Information ; Duvet and pillows are provided but bring your own bed linen and towels. We can offer bed linen and make up your rooms perfect for when you arrive, however this will be at an additional cost if required. Costs dependant on how many people are holidaying.
