Gas central heating, double glazing, full length windows in living room and main bedroom, free standing furniture, Fully equipped modern luxury kitchen with full size fridge & freezer, plenty of storage, iron & ironing board, wide screen TV & DVD, child high chair, child booster seat, child side rail for bed.
Outside there is a large patio area with picnic table & bench, rotary line and nearby designated parking space area.
Within just a short walk to all of Butlins shops and facilities. Near to Minehead Town Centre, sandy beach & golf course.
Butlins passes are included in the price for all amenities and entertainment advertised*. The caravan park has it's own fully stocked fishing lake for guest use, launderette, family pub, convenience store and each caravan has its own parking bay close to the caravan.
