A £50 refundable bond applies to all bookings which is refundable after departure once caravan has been thoroughly checked & provided all areas inside & outside of caravan have been left in a clean & tidy condition & no damage has been caused.
We do not allow groups of single sex young people under 25 years of age to book the caravan​ , we very much welcome families & older adults over 25 years of age,
A £50 non refundable deposit secures your booking
All customers to provide own bedding e.g. duvet covers, pillow cases & sheets, also own towels,
All duvets & pillows also blankets themselves are indeed provided for each bed.
No dogs allowed with only exception being of registered assistance dogs e.g. blind , hearing, etc.

Main Description
This particular caravan is a large sized 6 berth located on a very popular caravan park close to all major amenities & beach, the spacious lounge area has comfortable seating, a large tv with separate dvd player, small cd/radio player. also provided for extra enjoyment are plenty of family & children's DVD's together with few family board games all ideal for a quiet night in after a hectic day out or even a day in the caravan perhaps if the weather not too good outside, Main living area windows now have privacy glass for added privacy of customers during time relaxing in the caravan. The well designed kitchen has large fridge freezer, top of range microwave, plenty storage space together with most things you need to either cook a full family meal or just a quick snack, off the kitchen is a small corridor which leads to the bedrooms & family bathroom with toilet & walk in shower, the 2 bedrooms (a master bedroom & a twin bedroom both with high end quality domestic style mattresses ) master bedroom also has en-suite , each bedroom has blown warm air heaters, these do not warm the bedroom up hot but only take the chill off the room for comfort overnight, alongside the caravan is a large full length upvc gated veranda with table & chairs on for sitting out & relaxing in the sunshine, side of the veranda on the grass area is a double slabbed parking area for customers cars, close by is a large all weather children's play park which does have seating provided in the middle of the play park for parents to sit down & keep eye on their younger children for both their reassurances.

Nearby on the caravan park is a large mini supermarket type of shop ideal for your morning newspaper or top up shopping, close to the entrance area of caravan park is a small laundrette if you so wish to use, there are entrance & exit access barriers for vehicle's which are controlled by a swipe card which is provided with the caravan keys if required, around the corner bottom of the caravan park you will find a large entertainment complex which has a large arcade/café/indoors play area for younger children while upstairs is a large showbar which has regular live entertainment sometimes from tribute acts taking off the main pop stars, a few minutes up the road will bring you to a few more family entertainment places including the fantasy island complex &adjacent scallywags showbar with nightly live entertainment with early evening pre main show younger children's entertainment, during the daytime around a 5 minutes walk from the caravan brings you to the 2 markets including the large Eastgate market where you will find bargains galore,

Around 10 minutes walk from caravan will take you to the lovely sandy beach of ingoldmells, a bus stop around corner from caravan park entrance & exit areas will take you into the main Skegness town centre or seafront, around the town area are plenty of shops including few high street brands & several bargain shops as well, walk on down to the sea front where you find bottoms fun fair, an outdoor swimming pool for when weather if nice & sunny & hot, close by is the embassy theatre which tends to have many big shows & well know stars appearing, around the town & seafront are several fish & chip shops with outside seating for sitting out if weather is fine, elsewhere if you fancy travelling a bit further afield there are plenty of things to see & do around the Lincolnshire area.
