Hello people
We have a very clean spacious 8 berth 3 bedroom caravan to let from the 19/03/2011.
The caravan is sited on The Grange caravan site which is a very new site only opened last year and is situated in Ingoldmells, Skegness.
This is a quiet site with all amenities within easy reach. There is plenty of parking space. The beach is just 5 minutes walk away.
Skegness is an ideal place for a fun relaxing holiday for all the family. There are miles of sandy beaches with promenades for those warm evening strolls in the setting sun.
The caravan itself is well laid out and fully equipped with:-
Outside decking veranda/patio area with a slope (for easy access), steps and gates
Televisions & Freeview
A microwave, toaster, kettle, cooking utensils, gas cooker, plates, cups, pans, fridge
A shower/small bath,w.c., wash basin
Gas fire and electric heaters
3 bedrooms - 1x double bed, 2x twin beds + 1x pull out double bed in the living area, Quilts provided
With safety in mind the caravan is equipped with
3 x fire extinguishers
1 x fire blanket
1 x first aid kit
1 x eye wash kit
5 x smoke alarms
1 x carbon monoxide alarm
1 x Electric safety certificate including appliances
1 x Gas safety certificate
1 x Instructions in the event of a fire
Local area
The Countryman pub across the road with family room (the roast dinners are scrumptous). Local shops and post office is 2 mins walk. Fantasy Island amusements 5 mins walk. Rollercoasters for the not so faint hearted and rides for the family.
Scallywags with entertainment for the whole family. Eastgate Market 5 mins walk (apparently it's the biggest indoor/outdoor market in europe). The fashion catwalk with shows 3 times a day
Butlins Skegness 5 mins by car or bus, Skegness front 10 mins by car or bus, Chapel st leonards 5 mins by car or bus, Mablethorpe 20 min by car or bus.
Booking terms and conditions
Stays are from Saturday 1pm to Saturday 11am
£50.00 deposit to be paid within 7 days of placing booking
Full payment must be paid 4 weeks before holiday starts
Deposit will be returned once caravan has been checked and keys are returned.
You are required to supply your own bed sheets, tea towels and towels.
All damages are to be paid for.
Families and couples only, NO same sex parties or stag/hen parties.
Small dogs are allowed. Owners must take full responsibility for any damage caused.
Caravan must be left clean and tidy
Cancelled bookings will forfeit the deposit
