Strictly no dogs, no smoking in caravan, no same sex parties as rules of the park. £100 holdingbreakage/security deposit is required to book the caravan but will be returned to you once caravan has been confirmed by the cleaners that it was left in the same excellent condition as you will find it with no damage. Final balance needs to be paid 8 weeks before holiday unless the holiday is booked less than 8 weeks before in which case full balance and £100 deposit will need to be paid to book.

Main Description
You are buying a break in our very loved second home static caravan. It sleeps 6 and has 3 bedrooms. The holiday home benefits from 1 toilet shower room and a separate toilet with wash hand basin (two toilets rooms in total). It has a very well laid out kitchen, large lounge area, TV and DVD player with central heating and double glazing. The caravan is a brand new 2015 model. Gas and electric is included in the price. The caravan location is 5 minutes walk from the Haven entertainment and 5 minutes in the other direction to the beach - it has a very sought after front row view of sea with double doors leading onto the 8ft wrap around decking. It demonstrates the height of luxury with a dishwasher so no dishes to wash and loose the camping feel if you prefer. It is of the highest spec on the whole site being in the 'Platinum' grading.

It is located on Haven's Devon Cliffs holiday park in Exmouth.

Check in times are at 3.00pm on arrival date and check out times are 10.00am on the departure date. Duvets and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own bedding, towels, washing up cloths, tea towel, washing up liquid, toilet paper etc. Bedding can be hired from Haven reception for approx £15 per room if required.

We require a holding booking deposit that will be refunded once you have checked out and I can confirm that there is no damage to the caravan with all the ornaments and inventory intact and it has been left in a tidy and undamaged/smoke free condition. If the final balance doesn't get paid, the deposit will not be refunded. The total caravan price shown on the price list below is in addition to the £100 deposit which will need to be paid no later than 8 weeks before the holiday date - unless the holiday is booked less than 8 weeks before the holiday date in which case you will be required to pay the £100 booking deposit and the remaining total in full.

The fun works passes need to be bought from Haven directly and have a £2 discount per pass if bought 2 weeks in advance. These are to be bought from Haven reception when you are here if you haven't called them in advance to buy.
The passes are not mandatory but a must should you wish to take the best advantage of Haven's largest all action holiday park.

How to book
Please message me to check the date you are asking to book is still available. Once confirmed by me that the date is there, you will need to pay the £100 damage/breakage deposit and 1/3 of the holiday balance needs to be paid within 8 weeks. You'll then need to pay by electronic bank transfer for the remaining balance 8 weeks before the holiday date or post a cheque. I will need your email Address and home Address with the names of the guests after booking. I can then email the remaining information to you.

Please be aware, neither we or Haven allow same sex bookings.
STRICTLY NO SMOKING in the caravan and STRICTLY NO DOGS.
Haven security team will remove any inappropriate holiday makers or people breaking the rules mentioned or causing a nuisance to any other park guests.

We have just arrived home from this lovely caravan, with stunning views from verandah. The caravan has everything your home would have and was spotless. Hannah was very helpful and easy to book. We had 2 weeks and Hannah was very accommodating by letting us have Saturday start date. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would be our first choice next holiday in Devon.

My wife and I have just returned from a week in this very well equipped, well positioned, ( overlooking the sea, not too far from the beach or the clubhouse ), caravan. The caravan was beautifully clean and our dealings with Hannah could not of gone smoother.

Caravan very well presented and very clean upon arrival. The caravan furnished to a high standard location was just right for our daugter to play in the park less the 100 feet away. The actual park is huge with lots to do and the caravan is situated in a good location to be able to easily walk to all of them. I would recommend this caravan for hire.

We found the caravan to be very well furnished with a high level of cleanliness. Everything you could want/need on this type of holiday is there. Good location for visiting National Trust properties and the Devon County Show.

We stayed in the lovely caravan just over a week ago, And it really is a home from home, Hannah who I dealt with is lovely, there caravan is excellant value for money with the most stunning views from the patio area, The beach is 5 min away as is the main haven parts if needed, The caravan is in a lovely quite area of the resort. We shall be booking again for next year and hopefully longer this time.

My husband, myself and our 8 month old baby stayed for 4 nights at Devon Cliffs site at 48 The Spruces and we can not recommend it highly enough. Booking was simple and faultless. The caravan is situated in an ideal spot for being close to the beach and all facilities on the site. On arrival the accommodation was cleaned to a high standard and is decorated in a really nice way, lots of lovely personal touches. You can tell that someone has really taken the time to make your stay special. Most importantly for me, especially at the time of year we went, the caravan was the warmest one i've stayed in, with the heater being situated in the living room. The beach is 5 minutes (max) walk away and there is a great restaurant/bar called south beach cafe, where you can expect good food, great music, lovely chilled out atmosphere, with a stunning view - a great place to watch the sun go down. Theres so much to do on the site for all ages and we had a great holiday. We'll definitely be booking this caravan again for next year!
