Owner's Booking Terms
A £50 (non refundable) deposit is required on booking, either by cheque or bank transfer within 7 days with the outstanding balance no later than 4 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday. If holiday booking is less than 4 weeks then full amount payable on booking acceptance.

Cancellation:
Cancellation with more than 2 weeks notice will receive a refund minus the deposit of £50. If cancellation occurs less than two weeks notice then the total hire charge will be payable.

The holiday home will be available from 1600 hours on arrival date. Please vacate by 1100 hours on day of departure.

Main Description
Situated on the breathtaking Jurassic Coast, and only a short walk to Durdle Door.

Privately owned Atlas Everglades Super Caravan 28 ft x 12 ft with two bedrooms for hire in 2017.

Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and cupboards. Duvets and pillows are provided for all beds but hirers need to supply their own duvet covers, sheets pillow cases and towels.

A spacious lounge and dining area has a double pull-out bed, providing sleeping accommodation for 6 people. There is also 32 "TV and DVD player.

The kitchen is fully fitted with cooker, microwave and fridge freezer, including all kitchen crockery.

There is a shower room with hand basin and a separate toilet with hand basin.

There is car parking to the side of the caravan

Whether you just want to relax (2 Sun beds provided for your relaxation) or a bit more energetic holiday, this is the ideal place.

Well equipped caravan with lovely furniture and fittings. on a very well and looked after site. All staff very pleasant and eager to help. Situated in a lovely quiet area, and great views and scenery. Will look forward to another visit.
