A damages bond of £50 will required to be paid at time of booking and this amount will be refunded in full when caravan is inspected at end of holiday and everything found to be in order with all our personal belongings as we left them at start of hire.
In addition a non-refundable deposit of £50 will be required to secure holiday dates with balance of hire costs paid 4/6 weeks before arrival. We reserve the right to cancel a holiday and re-advertise dates as available if balance is not paid by due date agreed at time the booking is confirmed.
Please note that passes are not included in any price quoted but can be purchased separately on the park

Caravan Park + Local Area Information
|
Our top of the range September 2010 luxury holiday home is situated on a corner pitch in Turnberry Drive in the very popular golf village.
Our location is close to the park's golf course where visitors can enjoy a round of golf at a reasonable cost. Caravan is a short distance from the private beach where standing on the shoreline provides breathtaking views of the Ayrshire coastline, both day and night, plus the stunning landscape of the picturesque Isle of Arran.
The town of Ayr is only 10 mins drive away by car and has much to offer and is a good location for some retail therapy. Ayr beach is popular with holidaymakers and has kids playparks, amusement arcades, etc nearby. A regular bus service to and from the town of Ayr is available on the park throughout the holiday season with tickets purchased prior to departure.
Next door to Craig Tara is a private family farm fun park where you would have no difficulty in keeping energetic kids amused for a whole day.
Park location is also ideal for day trips to other places of interest whether it be historic, interesting or just pure fun and informative leaflets are available on the park that should provide ideas. However there is so much to do on the park you might be happy to stay put for your whole holiday.
Our caravan has a unique centrally positioned living room accessed by sliding patio doors. A large screen tv is provided, dvd player and playstation console. Extras are dvds, playstation games, books, toys etc to keep all the family amused. The fully fitted modern kitchen has an integrated fridge freezer and dining room table and seating for six people.
Master bedroom has ample wardrobe and cupboard space,full sized double bed with quality sprung mattress and its own en-suite shower room and toilet with heated towel rail. Other two bedrooms also have good storage and each have twin beds with quality mattresses for comfort. Adjacent there is a separate family shower room and toilet also with heated towel rail and storage. Each bedroom has a 19inch wall mounted combined tv/dvd unit with Freeview built in.
Quality bed linen can be hired for all three bedrooms at an additional total cost of £10. If linen is required then I would ensure all beds are made up for guests arrival.Tea towels are provided free of charge.
Our caravan is presented for hire at the same high standard and level of comfort we provide for our own family holidays. Therefore we ask that guests respect our holiday home at all times and truly appreciate home from home surroundings.
A large UPVC decked veranda (24ft x 8ft)was installed mid April 2010 providing additional living space and a secure area for small children to play with a lockable gate.
