Caravan Hire Terms and Conditions
You will be required to vacate your accommodation by 10am on the morning of departure to allow time for cleaning.
Your arrival will be welcomed from 2pm.
• Bookings are secured with a £50 non returnable deposit.
• Terms are either for a 3 night break (Friday – Monday), a 4 night break (Monday – Friday) or a 7 night break (Saturday – Saturday)
• A refundable security deposit of £75.00 per term is payable with the final balance.
• The balance is due six weeks before the day of arrival.
• If a payment plan has been agreed all monies received after the six weeks before your stay is non returnable.
• Once the final balance has been paid the client is liable for the full rental in the event of cancellation.
• Lead guest must be 21 or over at the time of booking.
• Holiday Homes are let and furnished for the numbers specified and no exception can be made except by prior arrangement.
• Your vehicles and their accessories and contents are left at your own risk.
• The proprietors will not be responsible for loss or damage thereof or thereto from any cause whatsoever or from negligence of their servants.
• The proprietors cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or accident sustained at Church Farm Holiday Park, this includes any accident or personal injury and patrons are advised that children under the age of 15 years and non-swimmers must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times when using the facilities. Separate conditions apply to Haven Church Farm.
• Children should be supervised by a responsible adult when using any park facility, not only for their own safety but to regulate behaviour.
• We are unable to accept any responsibility for disturbance caused by other holiday makers, workman etc.
• Guests are fully responsible for the Holiday Home and are liable for any damage to the property or its contents, and all reservations are accepted on the condition that the accommodation is left clean and tidy and that breakages or damage will be paid for by the hirer.
• We reserve the right to withhold the security deposit if any loss or damages are found upon inspection.
• Please report any loss, breakage or damage so that shortcomings can be corrected prior to the next guests arrival.
• Once the holiday home has been checked we aim to return your security deposit to you within 5 working days.
• No smoking is permitted within the holiday home.
• Dogs are not permitted in the holiday home.
• Purpose built barbecues are allowed so long as they do not cause annoyance to others. Disposable ones are not allowed as they damage the grass and could be dangerous.
• Entertainment passes are not included in the price of your holiday and can be purchased on arrival from the main reception.

Main Description
Welcome to our 2014 Salsa Eco 8 berth holiday home7 available to rent on Haven’s Church Farm Holiday Park in Pagham, West Sussex.

This Caravan offers 3 bedrooms; one double and two twin with the added addition of a pull out sofa bed in the living area, therefore accommodating 8 comfortably.

The caravan is equipped with two bathrooms; a shower room with sink and WC and a separate WC with sink, perfect for the larger family or people just wanting that little bit of extra space, with no more fighting for the bathroom!!

It also benefits from being fully double glazed and with hot air heating in all the bedrooms, a heated towel rail in the bathroom and a gas fire in the main living area.

The caravan is offered with a parking space directly next to it with room for additional parking on the roadside. Cots and highchairs can be hired out directly from Haven and we recommend you do this early to avoid disappointment as numbers are limited.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need for your stay including kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, double oven, gas hob and microwave. We also have a TV and Xbox 360 in the living room along with speaker connectivity for your ipod/mp3 player. We also have a small selection of board games and DVD’s for your use.

Entertainment passes are not included in the price of your holiday but can be purchased at the Haven main reception on arrival allowing you to enjoy all the facilities that Church Farm Holiday Park has to offer.

These will give you access to the Haven complex with day and night entertainment and activities (please see programme on arrival as these activities do vary from week to week), access to the indoor pool with flume, outside pool with terrace, the amusements, soft play area, Mash and Barrel restaurant, Fish and Chips takeaway and the main Show Bar with evening and daytime entertainment.

You will also find a Spar shop on site for all those little bits you may need, laundrette, Adventure playground, play area, Archery range and mini golf, Zip line and trampolines, bowling green just to name but a few.

There is a short walk down to Pagham Harbour and a beautiful nature walk. Nearby you have the lovely historic town of Chichester which is great for shopping and relaxing, with a bowling alley and leisure centre. Bognor is only 5 miles away with the typical seaside amusements and the Butlins complex where you can visit as Day visitors. Portsmouth is also worth a visit with the Historic Dockyard and wonderful outlet shopping at Gunwharf Quays.

If you want to venture further afield, there is also the seaside town of Littlehampton (great for the little ones) or if you want to go a little further you can also visit Brighton, with loads on offer including Sealife centre and the famous Brighton Pier.

How to Book

Details of prices and availability are listed below, but please do not hesitate to get in touch if there is dates you don’t see and we can try and sort something for you.

On booking we require a non-refundable deposit of £50 to secure and confirm your booking. All payments are required by bank transfer where possible. Once your deposit is received you will receive confirmation of booking via email, please keep this as proof of booking for your own records.

Any remaining balance of your holiday is required 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday (unless your booking is made with less than 6 weeks before the start of your holiday, when we would require the whole cost at time of booking). We will send a reminder to you via email at this time with details of terms and conditions and little key notes you may need to remember. You can of course pay your balance before this or if you would like to discuss a possible payment plan please do not hesitate to get in touch.

A £75 security deposit is also due at this time which will be refunded to you provided the caravan is left clean and tidy with no breakages, loss or damages to the caravan or the property within. Providing everything is as it should be, we aim to return this security deposit back to you via bank transfer on the day of departure.

Check-in time is from 2pm on the day of arrival and your keys will be available in our lockable key safe (details of how to access this will be send once final balance received. Please note no keys will be sent via post.

Check out time is 10am on the day of departure. Please make sure all windows are closed and doors locked and that the keys are returned to the key safe.
