Please be aware a new caravan has been sited for 2010 as the other was getting passed its best.
The new caravan has double glazing, Central heating, Double bedroom with shared access (bedroom and main hall) on-suite bathroom with large shower cubicle,Small bedroom with 2 single beds.
The kitchen is an open design with a full size oven and tall fridge/freezer plenty of cupboards and work top, The kitchen also has the dining table and chairs or if you prefer you could eat outside on the large full length deck area (approx 25' x 10')with table and chairs and just enjoy the view and the wild life.
The living room has a fixed seating arrangement with a large TV, Sky TV (free channels or you could bring your own card and receive all that you have),DVD player etc.
Outside you have a wonderful view across a wetland area with Ducks, Moorhens, Herons, Pheasant, Rabbits and Squirrels.
Remember that this caravan is on a large plot all on its own with no one looking over you, yours exclusively for the length of your stay.
Even though we have put the caravan sleeps 4 people, 1 more person could sleep using pull out bed in the seating area.

Close to where the caravan is sited you will find Matlock, Bakewell and the Peak District all within a 25 minutes drive.
Other attractions nearby include Crich National Tramway Museum (2 miles away), Midland Railway Centre (10 minutes away) and Chatsworth House (20 minutes).
Historic Wingfield Manor is just across the road, the local pub (The Yew Tree) is good for food and real ale and is only a couple of minutes walk away. The village shop is a convenient 5 minutes walk from The Garden Field or you can go to the large Tesco about 3 miles away.
