Lounge
Comfortable spacious seating area with a television, dvd player, playstation 1 console for the kids (dvds and games not included). There is a lovely 6 seater table for dining, a gas fire in the lounge and a pull out double sofa bed.
Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, fridge with a small freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker. There is also an iron, ironing board, crockery, cutlery, pans, and glasses that are all provided.
Bedrooms
There is one double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, plus an extra pull out double bed in the lounge. The double bedroom has wardrobe, dressing table, stool and mirror, also a portable television. All bedrooms have good storage space
Bathroom
There is a nice size bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin with mirror.
Outside
Our holiday home is situated in a lovely large centre island pitch within a cul-de-sac in the sought after golf village located in Carnoustie.
There is a large grassed area, where the caravan is situated, which has plenty of playing area for the children to play safely. It has its own private parking bay and a nice patio area with a wood table bench, seating and parosol. It is a south facing caravan so it gets sun most of the day.
you are able to arrive at the caravan from 1.30pm on the saturday you booked it, and you must leave at 11.00am on the day of your departure date
Funworks passes are not included, but can be purchased from the main complex.
A £100.00 deposit is required on booking,a £50.00 refundable security bond will also be required at the time of your final balance , Once the caravan has been checked after departure the security bond of £50.00 will be returned within a week. The full balance of your holiday will be required 6 weeks before the arrival date.
The owners reserve the right to rent the caravan on the dates booked if full payment has not been made.
Park Rules
The park is a family oriented site, and does not allow same sex groups under 21's. There is no smoking or pets allowed in the caravan, there is a fire extinguisher and smoke alarm in the caravan.
I do not supply linen, however I do provide pillows and duvets. You will need to bring your own pillow cases, duvet covers, towels and tea towels.
Haggerson Castle Holiday Park is a 5 star park with loads of facilities plus lakes, mature woodland and wildlife. There is lots of great things to do including horse riding, tennis courts, golf course, boating lake, any many more activities. All prices for these facilities will be individually priced.
There is a heated indoor swimming pool with waterslide and a new swimming complex for 2010. Passes will be required for the Fun Quest new childrens play area and amusement arcade Also on-site there is a chip shop, restaurant, showbars and sports lounge.
Local Area
Near Haggerson Castle there are beautiful sites to see including the historic site of Holy Island, Berwick upon Tweed, Bamburgh Castle, Alnwick Castle (where Harry Potter was filmed). There is a beautiful coastline if you wish to travel a bit further, it is truly a great holiday break for all the family.
