Additional Info: it has freeview dvd player playstation 2 console, there is a portable television in the bedroom. i ask for a £50.00 damage bond on paying your final balance, this will be returned when the caravaing has been checked, i do not allow smoking in the caravan for safety reasons if anyone does the bond will not be returned and used to clean the caravan |

Caravan Park + Local Area Information

Lounge
Comfortable spacious seating area with a television, dvd player, playstation 1 console for the kids (dvds and games not included). There is a lovely 6 seater table for dining, a gas fire in the lounge and a pull out double sofa bed.
Kitchen
Fully equipped kitchen with gas cooker, fridge with a small freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker. There is also an iron, ironing board, crockery, cutlery, pans, and glasses that are all provided.
Bedrooms
There is one double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, plus an extra pull out double bed in the lounge. The double bedroom has wardrobe, dressing table, stool and mirror, also a portable television. All bedrooms have good storage space
Bathroom
There is a nice size bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin with mirror.
Outside caravan is situated on a nice plot as you can see the sea when you come out of the caravan
You are able to arrive at the caravan from 1.oopm on the saturday you booked it, and you must leave at 10. 30am on the day of your departure date
passes are not included, but can be purchased from the main complex on Whitley Bay Caravan Park.

owners reserve the right to rent the caravan on the dates booked if full payment has not been made.
Park Rules
Whitley Bay Caravan Park is a family oriented site, and does not allow same sex groups under 21's. There is no smoking or pets allowed in the caravan, there is a fire extinguisher and smoke alarm in the caravan.
I do not supply linen, however I do provide pillows and duvets. You will need to bring your own pillow cases, duvet covers, .if you would like me to provide these the cost will be £15.00 for all beds please let me know when booking. i do not provide towels & tea towels
There is a heated indoor swimming pool also amusements, restaurant and entertainment area which has things for adults and children.
Local Area
You have St Marys lighthouse nearby, there is also the famous blue flag beach.
