We ask for a 25% on booking then 75% 8 weeks before the holiday. There is a refundable £50 damages deposit.
Dogs incur a £50 a week surcharge and an additional £50 refundable damages deposit.

Caravan Park + Local Area Information
|
With hard standing, private, off road parking, in a quiet cul-de-sac position - this is a safe area of the Haven Caister Beach holiday park for kids to be in.
Our caravan has all mod cons, including fully equipped kitchen with gas oven, microwave, separate fridge and freezer. In the lounge there is a large "free-to-air channels" 28inch TV, DVD player and a full library of DVD’s for our guests to use. We also provide a vacuum, hair-dryer, iron, ironing board.
In addition to the gas fire in the lounge, there is warm air heating in all rooms (which heats the place up really quickly, keeping the caravan snug and warm) and the caravan is fully double glazed - excellent for those cooler seaside evenings!
There is one double bedded room which has a luxury double divan bed with sprung mattress and two twin bedded rooms (the twin beds push together to form double beds if you wish). All of the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, shelving and small cupboards. In the lounge, one of the fixed sofas, houses a pull out double bed.
The shower room has a large shower cubicle and washbasin and there is a separate toilet with washbasin.
In addition to the hard standing parking for your car, next to the caravan, we also have a separate paved patio area with a large pub-style bench large enough to seat 8 people, so if the weather is glorious you can eat alfresco! Please note that you will need to provide your own parasol if required.
CONDITIONS: The hirer of the caravan must be 25 years or older and must be present during the occupancy of the caravan.
The caravan is only available to families and couples.
Haven Caister Beach do not allow all male or all female parties.
All bookings are from either from Friday to Friday, Saturday to Saturday, Monday to Friday or weekend breaks from Friday to Monday, unless otherwise specified.
Dogs are considered on an individual case basis - and charges apply.
Guests are able to go into the caravan at 4pm on the day of arrival.
We would ask all guests to vacate by 10 am on the day of departure to enable us to clean our caravan before the next guests arrive.
Premises must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Any losses, breakage, or damage incurred in the caravan or its contents during their stay is the responsibility of the guests.
Gas and electricity is included in the rental price.
Duvets and pillows are also included however you are required to bring your own bed linen, tea towels, towels, toiletries etc.
Bed linen is available for hire at the Park at a cost of approx £10 per pack (1 pack provides for one bedroom).
