Caravan Park + Local Area Information
|
The red lion holiday park is a clean, family friendly site that is situated in Arbroath. Arbroath is on the East coast of Scotland with lots on offer for both adults and kids. The beach is a few minutes walk from the caravan
On Red Lion Holiday Park, there is lots of entertainment on site for both adults and kids.
There are lots of interesting and scenic walks, lots of history to discover and Lunan Bay is a must to visit. The town centre and harbour is a short walking distance. There is also an Asda next to Red Lion Holiday Park and a McDonalds and KFC.
There is an abundance of shops and good eaterie's in the main town centre which is approx a 5 minute drive
Complimentary tea, coffee & milk on day of arrival.
Our caravan is a family owned private caravan which is comfortable and kept to a high standard. It is spacious & clean. The caravan is steam cleaned on a regular basis. All beds are comfortable and have wardrobes and overhead storage. All bedrooms have heating and modern comfortable bedding & cushions. Spare bedding is also provided.
The shower room has a power shower, a wash hand basin and a wall mounted vanity unit. The toilet is in a seperate room from the shower room which has a w/c and a wash hand basin. Towels are provided.
A travel cot and high chair is provided on request.
We aim to ensure that your stay is comfortable, enjoyable & stress free, should you have any other reasonable requests that would be helpful for you then we are happy to discuss this with you.
The dining area has fitted seating, stools and a large table. The main living area is large with comfortable seating, carpeted, tables, lamps, 32" flat screen TV/DVD combi and an iPod docking station.
A selection of board games and kids outdoor toys is also provided.
The kitchen has cooker, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, all plates, cutlery, pots, cooking utensils etc. Dish towels, washing up liquid, cloths are provided...
Gas and electricity is provided.
There is a patio area with tables and chairs. You can park your car at the caravan and there is enough space for 2 cars.
Our caravan is equipped with carbon monoxide alarms, fire alarms and a fire extinguisher. It also has an annual gas safety check carried out by a qualified gas engineer and gas safety certificate supplied. |

"Just to say thanks again for the caravan - really beautiful and comfy. The kids said that they prefer your beds to their own and must agree with them, they are so cosy and the kitchen was perfect. We have hired caravans before, but have to say that yours is in a different class so would love to hire it again at some point.

"Margaret - thank you so much for everything! The caravan is top class!! When we seen the beds we thought they were like a hotel room! The caravan was immaculate!! Goodness if that was my own family caravan, I would struggle to rent it!!! We all had a great time although the weather was often poor we had great fun with all the family games & dDvd's you have in the caravan.. This caravan is in a different league from others we have rented!! You think of everything a family would be entertained with,,,, be back soon. Fiona, Gary & the boys "
