Customer Comments:
We stayed in this caravan with the grandchildren aged 14 and 9. The caravan was well equiped and everything was in good working order. Plenty of hot water on demand. There were a few very welcome homely touches......a welcome basket containing tea, coffee, biscuits and sweets. ....childrens outdoor toys.....dvd's....children's /adult books.....a sun umbrella for the patio table (which we needed).......a spacious sitting area. What a fabulous plot, right on the edge of Kingfisher lake, a truly superb view from the outdoor seating area. Thank you Lynda.

Customer Comments:
Thankyou for a wonderful stay. We have just can't me back from our holiday in this caravan and had a wonderful time. Firstly as previously stated the tea, coffee and milk basket on arrival was very nice and well appreciated. It was nice to have a cup of tea after along drive. The caravan was so clean on our arrival and has everything you need to have a nice time away. The master bed was very comfortable and the bedding was nice and clean. The main attraction to this caravan is the excellent view out of the front window, overlooking the lake/pond. It was lovely to wake up in the morning and see this beautiful site or walk onto the veranda and relax. The layout of the caravan is very good and was perfect for our young family. The shower is really nice and plenty of hot water. The owner is very friendly and keeps you fully updated throughout the booking. We can't wait to come back next year

Customer Comments:
We do not normally give high marks to any holiday, but it would be difficult to fault this accommodation and customer service. To start with, What a lovely welcome awaited us in the form of a very modern new Caravan, well sited overlooking a water area from a raised veranda, the Van was so clean that although we try and hand a property back better than we take over, it was an impossible task. A welcome pack of Tea, Coffee, Biscuits etc etc was waiting for us together with fresh milk in the fridge and what a fridge it is, with a decent size freezer under. All that was missing was a refreshing a ice cold Gin and Tonic on the table after our long drive. but seriously, we were well impressed. The owner is a lovely lady who is helpful with out being intrusive. The welcome card we found on our arrival was a really nice touch and any fears our deposte may be slow to be returned was squashed by a next day return to our account. A warning to any who use the Parks Clubhouse, In the quiet season, midweek entertainment seems to get cancelled without notice, But the Friday and Saturday entertainment are worth the cost of the passes on their own. Bar prices whilst not cheap, are in line with other Caravan Parks
