Our caravan is located on the award winning 4* Park Resorts site, Warden Springs, on the Isle of Sheppey, Kent. The park is relatively small and is very tranquil. There is plenty of peace and quiet should you want it, or there is entertainment and nightlife if that takes your fancy.
We have a lovely 12’ x 35’ 3 bed caravan, so extra wide and lots of space. There are sea views which are lovely, and a 30 second walk takes you up to the cliff top, with views all the way to Rye and Whitstable. Stunning views, especially at night when the lights all along the coast are on.
The 3 bedrooms comprise of a double bed, and 2 single bedrooms – each with a full size single divan bed, with loads of storage underneath, bedside cabinet and a single wardrobe.
We have taken out the two tiny twin beds in each of these rooms and replaced them with full size single beds, so that you don’t feel squashed in, and everyone can have their own space.
The double bedroom comprises of a large double wardrobe and dressing table with drawers beneath and cupboards above. Above the mirror of the dressing table there is a light and a shaving point. There are also cupboards and a shelve on each side of the bed.
There is a separate toilet and shower room, both with separate sinks.
The bedrooms, toilet and shower room are all located at one end of the caravan, then along the corridor it opens up into a spacious kitchen and dining room.
The kitchen contains all that you will need, but please note that the hob and grill need to be lit with a firelighter(provided).
The Dining area has a large table in the centre, but this can be moved into the kitchen area and then the seating area can be made into a large double bed.
The lounge is very spacious, with seating along the whole 12ft of the caravan and sweeping around the sides. This is also very deep, so should you want to invite friends to stay, you could comfortably sleep 2 people on this, 1 at each end, and there is plenty of room for a double air bed in there too, should you wish. (Please note, this is not provided, nor are duvets/pillows for this)
There is a lot of storage space under all the seating areas in the caravan, and a spare double duvet, blankets and pillows.

Please note the gas fire can be a bit tricky to light, so there is a firelighter should you need it. There is also a radiator in the hallway.
We have plenty of room outside the caravan, and we are sited on one of the largest plots on the park. The caravans here are staggered so there is a good 25+ feet until the next caravan in-line with ours. This provides the ideal location to put up some barriers and section off the space you want to use, should you wish to, giving the kids plenty of space to play. Or for the adults to relax.
At the end of the caravan there is a large shed which contains a large BBQ, fold-up table and some chairs, as well as a parasol and base. So remember to bring the charcoal!
FISHING - We have the best fishing on the island at Warden Bay, situated just below the park. Skate, Sea Bass, Eel, Mackerel, Flathead and Dogfish, as well as many other species. Why not book yourself a weekend to go fishing.
Please note, I cannot provide site facility passes for Warden Springs Holiday Park, but these can be purchased at reception anytime during your stay. This is to allow me to keep my prices low, and some people may only want to use the caravan as a base, and not really use the facilities on Warden Springs. You mainly need them for the pool.
Facility Passes:
22nd-29th April & 27th May - 31st August = £52 for 8 passes per week or £34 for 8 passes per short break
All other dates = £38 per week or £25 per short break
Passes can be purchased cheaply individually if there are less than 8 of you.
On site at Warden Springs there is:

On the beaches near Warden Springs Holiday Park, when the sea is out, there are great opportunities to go rock pooling – great to do with the kids. Or you can even walk all the way out to meet the sea – it goes out such a long way, it’s quite spectacular really.
We absolutely love this caravan, and we hope you enjoy it too. It is great for all the family and can comfortably sleep, with the possibility of 8-10 if you maximise the space in the lounge.
