Caravan Park + Local Area Information
|
Our 2010 two bedroom, two bathroom Willerby New Hampshire Lodge holiday home provides all the comforts of home and is sited on a premium pitch on a exclusive area of the park, yet still only a short walk away from the entertainment complex. The Lodge has full gas central heating from a mains gas supply and domestic quality double glazing. It is ideal for early and late season breaks as well as peak holiday times.
The Lodge is very spacious, 16 feet wide and 40 feet long and sleeps up to six. There is one double bedroom with king size bed and superb en-suite shower room and one spacious twin bedroom with walk in wardrobe. The beds in this room can be pushed together to make another double with ample space for a travel cot if needed. A double fold up bed provides additional sleeping in the lounge.
The lodge is not overlooked and from the living area there are stunning views across the ornamental lake and the countryside beyond.
The spacious open plan living area has ample seating with two free standing sofas. A 40 inch screen TV with Freeview channels and DVD player is provided for your enjoyment; there is also a radio and CD player. There is a well planned dining area with free standing furniture adjacent to the lounge.
The ensuite bathroom has a spacious walk in shower, while the family bathroom has a full size bath with shower over. Both bathrooms are completed by modern washbasins, toilets and fitted cupboards.
The Lodge is fully equipped for your self catering needs in its' spacious kitchen, with fridge and freezer and built in microwave oven. Split level cooking facilities with 5 ring gas hob and large gas oven and grill, toaster and kettle complete the kitchen. For your convenience there is also an iron, ironing board and a hairdryer.
Patio doors lead out from the lounge to the wrap around verandah where you can relax and enjoy the views of the ornamental lake, hills and countryside beyond. Patio furniture is provided to enable dining al fresco and to perhaps enjoy a barbecue. There is a paved drive to the rear for parking.
Beds are made up with fresh linen for your arrival, you only need to bring with you towels and tea towels. Gas and electricity is included in the hire charge. Passes for the entertainment complex can be purchased from the reception.
Close to the golf course this Lodge will be ideal for golf lovers and also novices who may like to try the pitch and putt. The lodge provides spacious accomodation for couples who wish to holiday together or for families who wish to experince a luxurious home from home.
The Lodge is let on a strictly no smoking basis and we regret that pets are not allowed. We are unable to accept bookings from single sex groups or groups under the age of 21.
The Lodge is in excellent condition, to maintain this we ask for a £75 security deposit which is returned to you on completion of your holiday, provided that the Lodge has been left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of your stay. The Lodge is professionally cleaned thoroughly between lettings. |
