Additional Info: There are only 2 bedrooms but the lounge has a pull-out bed providing additional sleeping space. Our Caravan is as big as many 3 bedroom models - but the internal layout makes it more spacious than many others, plus an en-suite bathroom to the main bedroom and 2 loos....so no queueing!
For the smaller family or couple our caravan is ideal.
No booking accepted for more than 6 persons - not suitable for 6 adults.

Ty Mawr is an all-action Holiday Park, set in gorgeous North Wales with enough activities to keep the most energetic kids happy.
Splash in the indoor pool or go crazy on the adventure playground.(This has been upgraded for the 2011 season) Play a family game of footie on the large all-weather sports court. In the evening head down to Sands Club and try your luck at bingo and watch the Teamstars plus live band and cabaret acts doing their entertainment stuff!
At Ty Mawr there is something for everyone - Sparky`s Krew kids club for the 5 to 11 year olds, Teamstars Entertainments Team, Sports Resorts Programme with all weather Sports Court, Adventure Playground, Indoor Fun Pool with Flumes. Cabaret Lounge for Teamstars Party Dances, Excellent Resident Live Band plus Cabaret Acts & Disco as well as Bingo and various Competitions.
Other facilities include, Amusement Arcade, `Rendezvous` Diner/Takeaway,`Fisherman`s Wharf` Fish & Chip shop and the `Farm House Inn` a traditional style pub serving bar meals. There is also an on site shop and launderette.
Our holiday home is conveniently located at the edge of the Ty Mawr Holiday Park, quite close to the main entrance, Pool, Showbars, Amusements, Traditional Pub, Takeaway and Play areas although far enough away to be just out of earshot of them all. There are safe places for children to play and a 5mph speed limit.
At the front of the caravan there is a grassy area, lined with trees. This area can be used for picnics, and is a safe place for the older kids to play, or a barbeque or to park your car to leave space for you to sit out and have a cuppa in the sun (fingers crossed) at the side of the caravan. We politely request that you do use the tree area to park your car when the weather is wet, so as not to damage the patio area and cause it to be muddy.
We have now added a large outside table & 4 chairs + windbreak & basic BBQ.
Our Holiday Home is a Atlas Everglade 35ft x 12ft Caravan.
Our 'new to us' caravan is spacious, extra wide clean and comfortable, with central heating. Lots of clothing space.
It is the size of a 8 berth but with 2 bedrooms, allowing much more living space. There are 2 loos....so no queueing!
The internal accommodation arrangement consists of a main Lounge area with plenty of wrap around seating, Fireplace with Gas fire, TV with Freeview, Coffee table,table lamps, and has had brand new carpets & lino fitted for this season.
There is a Dining area with a round table - all crockery / cutlery are provided. The Kitchen area is spacious and has a Gas Cooker, Oven, Grill, Fridge with 2 Star Freezer Compartment, Microwave Oven, Electric Toaster, Electric Kettle, Toasted Sandwich Maker, Pots, Pans and Kitchen Utensils. There is an iron in the store cupboard.
The main bedroom has an en-suite facility, giving direct access to the Shower room with hand basin & toilet.It has a double bed, ( memory foam topper if you like them ) 2 wardrobes, cupboards, drawers and a vanity unit with light and power socket for your hairdryer, straighteners etc.
The 2nd Bedroom, has 2 single beds which can be easily be pushed together to form another double, if required. Lots of cupboard, drawer & wardrobe space, vanity mirror with light and power socket.
There is a seperate WC with hand basin - ideal for when the shower room is in use.
A third double bed is concealed under one of the lounge seating units, it is a pull-out type of bed.
We provide outdoor furniture, bbq and clothes airer.
If I have missed something out that you think you will need, please ask, it may be there or could be added. You will need to provide your own sheets, duvet cover, towels & pillow cases. If you do use any of ours, please strip the bed afterwards and leave on the floor for laundering. I supply a limited amount of loo rolls, soap etc for your use if required.
Leisure Complex Passes for Park Resorts Ty Mawr are not included in the price. These can be purchased at reception if required. I can sometimes provide passes for a couple in low season.
FAMILIES & COUPLES ONLY - TO COMPLY WITH THE TY MAWR PARK RESORTS RULES (SAME SEX RULE: THIS MEANS A SAME SEX COUPLE OR MOTHER/DAUGHTER/SISTER, DAD/CHILD/GRANDAD ETC IS FINE - BUT NO GROUPS OF SEVERAL MALES OR FEMALES AS THIS IS A FAMILY PARK AND IT IS AGAINST THE PARK RULES.)
NO SMOKING IN OUR HOLIDAY HOME PLEASE, HOWEVER WE UNDERSTAND THAT PEOPLE DO SMOKE AND WILL PROVIDE OUTDOOR SEATING - BENCH, TABLES & CHAIRS AND ASHTRAYS.
WE LOVE DOGS BUT CANNOT ALLOW THEM IN OUR CARAVAN AS SOME HIRERS OBJECT TO PET HAORS ETC. TY MAWR DO HAVE CARAVANS THAT THEY LET QUITE CHEAPLY TO DOG OWNERS.
WE ASK YOU TO PROVIDE ADEQUATE PROTECTION FOR OUR MATTRESSES AND BEDDING IF YOUR CHILD HAS A BED WETTING PROBLEM.( There will be some new mattress protecters in the store cupboard at the start of the season.)
WE ALSO ASK YOU TO TREAT OUR HOLIDAY HOME WITH RESPECT - AND TO LEAVE IT CLEAN AND TIDY - AS YOU WILL FIND IT.
FOR ALL NEW GUESTS, A £50 BREAKAGES DEPOSIT WILL BE TAKEN WITH THE BOOKING - RETURNABLE BY CHEQUE OR DIRECT PAYMENT AFTER THE VAN HAS BEEN INSPECTED. YOU WILL NOT NEED TO DO SO IF YOU REBOOK WITH US IN FUTURE.
