Owner's Booking Terms
A £50 deposit is required to secure booking . A confirmation e-mail will be sent once the deposit has been received plus an invoice showing all costs, the remaining balance and due date of balance. The remaining balance of the holiday needs to be paid 4 weeks before the start of your holiday. Once the remaining balance is paid you will receive a confirmation e-mail, a copy of your invoice and a letter to show guest services to collect your keys.

If your booking is within 4 weeks the full amount will need to be paid at the time of booking.

Main Description
The Victory benefits from mains gas central heating and double glazed windows, it comfortably sleeps 6 between 2 bedrooms and a pull out bed in the spacious lounge. There are two bathrooms one with a WC and the other comprises of a WC and a shower. The generous lounge area features comfortable wrap around seating, the decor is warm and welcoming giving that home from home feel. There is a large TV and a Blue-Ray DVD player with a quality sound bar that you can connect via Bluetooth to stream your own music that is located within the lounge. A selection of DVDs will be provided, there is also a TV in the double bedroom for your comfort. The fully equipped kitchen has a host of cupboards, fully fitted cooker, externally vented cooker hood, microwave and integrated fridge/freezer. In the kitchen we will provide the basics for cleaning (fairy liquid, cleaning spray, t-towels and cloths for your convenience) In the dining area there is a table and 4 comfortable chairs, table mats and coasters.

We will provide fresh linen and all beds will be made for you on arrival.

On arrival you will need to go to Guest services to collect the keys.


Tattershall Lakes Country Park Facilities and Entertainment are open from the 21st of March and close on the 31st of October. However the park is open all year.

Purchase your park passes to be able to use the facilities on site. Passes will cover the berth of the caravan which in this case will be for 6 people.
The prices are: 3/4 night stay up to 6 people £21, 7 night stay up to 6 people is £42.

You can buy your park passes at guest services when you collect your keys and welcome pack for your holiday home.

A luxury welcome Hamper will be waiting for you in your holiday home upon arrival ,also provided will be all the information you will require to have a great break away.

Hire periods are 3 nights, 4 nights, 7 nights.

Passes will cover the berth of the caravan which in this case will be for 6 people. The prices are: 3-4 night stay up to 6 people £21, 7 night stay up to 6 people is £42. A pass is required to use all facilities at Tattershall Lakes Country Park.
