Owner's Booking Terms
£100 deposit (non-refundable) due at time of booking. Balance due 6 weeks before holiday arrival date. £100 security bond due with final balance, this will be refunded 7 days after departure after the holiday home has been checked for loss, breakages and damages, and also lost keys. We reserve the right to charge for specialist cleaning or for repairs caused by damage during your stay and for loss of keys.
Duvets and pillows are included, you will need to bring your own bed linen (duvet covers, pillowcases, bottom sheets) and towels, or you can hire at time of booking for a small charge. Mattress and pillow protectors are provided, please do not remove these.
Electricity and gas is included. SKY TV is included.
Haven fun passes are available to purchase from guest reception on arrival if required. We have a strict no smoking policy in our holiday home, pets are not allowed on the park, we do not accept same sex groups.

Our family holiday home is rated as a 'Platinum Property'

Offering 2 bedrooms, and a double sofa bed in the lounge area, open plan living area which is very spacious light and airy, feature fireplace making your stay feel like home from home. Fully fitted kitchen with full size appliances including fridge freezer and dishwasher, dining area with table and chairs. Family bathroom with shower, and en-suite to the master bedroom. UPVC double glazing and gas central heating. French doors open onto secure raised wrap around south facing sunny decking area with rattan style furniture, lawn area to the side and private parking right outside the door.
Pet free and non smoking.

Large 42" flat screen TV, DVD player, full SKY TV package and an ipod music centre.
Two large sofas, one is a double sofa bed.

LOCATION:
Sited in one of the most prestigious areas of the park in a private cul-de-sac. Less than 2 minutes walk to the main entertainment area which includes swimming pools, restaurants and bars, supermarket, guest reception and take-away outlets. Burnham-on-Sea town centre and seafront is within 10 minutes walk.

HOUSEKEEPING:
The holiday home will be cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival and we ask that you kindly leave it in a tidy clean condition on departure. You will need to provide your own bed linen (duvet covers, pillowcases, bottom sheets) and towels.
If you wish to hire bed linen this is at a cost of £35 per rental.
Pets are not permitted and smoking is strictly prohibited.

SITE FACILITIES REQUIRING PASSES:
On-site club, pub, restaurant, amusement arcade, indoor pool, outdoor pool, kids club and activities.
These can be purchased from guest reception on arrival if required.
