Owner's Booking Terms
3 nights Fri to Mon; 4 nights Mon to Fri; 7 nights either Fri to Fri, Mon to Mon or Saturday to Saturday (subject to availability and dependent on time of the year).

2017 prices range from £120 for 3 nights through to £650 for 7 nights dependent on time of year and availability. (NOTE: Minimum number of nights is 3). Unfortunately, we do not offer 2 nights.

Prices are for 2017 only. Please enquire for 2018.

Ring for late availability - min 48 hours notice required for holidays last minute. Must be paid for in full by Bank Transfer (Faster Payment Service) before holiday commencement.

Sleeps maximum of 4 persons in 2 bedrooms (1 king; 1 twin bedded room).

A £75 bond will be required with the payment of your final balance and this will be refunded to you 7 working days after your stay should the caravan have been left in a suitable condition.

Bed linen is included in the price. Gas and electricity are included in the price.

Well behaved children welcome (maximum of 2) but must be supervised at all times due to the closeness of the caravan to the cliff edge. Beach is only a few minutes walk away.

No smoking.

Sorry - no stag or hen parties.

HOLIDAY LETS ONLY

Bookings will require £100 deposit for 7 nights; £75 for 3 and 4 nights and must be received within 2 days of asking about the booking (unless the booking is within 7 days or 6 weeks of arrival in which case the full balance is payable). Final balance to be paid 6 weeks before date of arrival (unless booked within 6 weeks of start date in which case full balance is required).

Payment of your holiday is by bank transfer (Faster Payment method). WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES.

We also accept secure payment of the "Paypal via email service" but payment via this method requires payment of full balance - instructions will be sent via email. Payment via Paypal email can be made using either a debit or credit card. See full terms and conditions under holiday home details. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE.

Bookings are not confirmed until either deposit or full balance has been paid (see above).

This is a new caravan and extremely well looked after and professionally cleaned and checked between lets so we do expect all our guests to treat the caravan with respect please. Thank you.

LUXURY Modern 2016 ABI Trieste. 4 berth. 36’ x 12’ static caravan for holiday hire (not for sale). STUNNING SEA VIEWS with access to beach next to caravan. Quiet sought after Park. Fully double glazed and centrally heated throughout. Open plan lounge/dining kitchen with dishwasher. Spacious lounge with ample relaxed seating, 32” flat screen free-view TV with built in DVD player. Inset built in gas fire. Large picture window giving full view of seascape. Radiator.

Dining area with table and 4 chairs to provide relaxed seating area for dining with modern light above. Radiator.

Fitted kitchen comprising of dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, full sized gas cooker with 4 ring hob, oven and grill with extractor and light above. Inset stainless steel sink unit. Fully equipped. Shoe rack. Radiator.

Hallway with coat pegs to hang coats.

Bathroom with spacious shower cubicle with thermostatic shower. Pedestal washbasin and low level wc with storage facility for toiletries. Mirror. Ladder towel radiator with towel rail above.

Twin bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and shelf unit. Radiator.

Spacious main bedroom with king size bed. Built in wardrobe. Chest of drawers with vanity unit above. Mirror. Vanity stool. 22” flat screen TV/DVD. Radiator.

Ensuite to master bedroom comprising of low level wc, radiator with towel rail above. Cloakroom basin. Shelving unit for toiletries. Mirror. Cupboard housing boiler supplying continuous hot water and central heating.

Environmentally friendly LED lighting fitted throughout to give a good balance of lighting. Outside light. Very short walk to designated parking areas.

Fire extinguisher and fire blanket. Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide sensor alarms fitted.

Information folders showing things to see and do.

Welcome pack provided comprising coffee, teabags, sugar, biscuits and milk. Initial toilet roll supply, hand soap, initial supply of dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid. Please remember to bring your own toiletries.

Unfortunately, this van is not suitable for wheelchair use.

ONE SMALL WELL BEHAVED DOG MAYBE CONSIDERED - PLEASE ENQUIRE BEFORE BOOKING. ADDITIONAL CHARGES APPLY. NO DANGEROUS OR BANNED BREEDS ACCEPTED - THESE ARE PARK RULES AND MUST BE ADHERED TO. NOT TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED AND NOT TO BE PERMITTED ON THE FURNITURE OR IN THE BEDROOMS.

Golf club adjacent to park. Short walking distance to village comprising a range of local shops and food takeaways. Short walk to the Maritime Centre and bay. Bus stop outside park (Newcastle etc). Pubs closeby. St Bartholomews Church is adjacent to the park and stands proud on the landscape. Many places of interest within close proximity (eg Bamburgh Castle, Warkworth Castle, Farne Islands, Alnwick Castle & Gardens, Northumberland National Park, Newcastle and The Metro Centre, Various Theatres and Museums including The Baltic, The Sage. Durham, Beamish Museum, plus many many more places of interest, museums, etc etc). Further afield are Berwick upon Tweed, Edinburgh, Hexham etc). Beach and coastal walks. Bird watching.

Wifi available in the caravan (Pay As You Go).

CHURCH POINT IS A QUIET PARK WITH NO ENTERTAINMENT.

Please read the following terms and conditions:

The receipt of a signed booking form/email confirmation and/or payment of the non-refundable deposit is deemed to be a firm booking. This also applies to short breaks. The hirer becomes liable for the full remaining balance of the charges which are due 6 weeks prior to the commencement date of your holiday. Non payment of the balance by the due date will result in the caravan being available for re-booking.

All cancellations must be notified to me initially by telephone and confirmed in writing via email within 7 days of the event which gives rise to the cancellation. A cancellation charge is payable on all holidays, the amount of which is determined by how many days before the start date, that the written cancellation notice is received. 0-21 days before holiday start date that written notification is received – cancellation charge 100%.

22 – 42 days before holiday start date that written notification is received – cancellation charge 75%. 43 days or more before holiday start date that written notification is received – cancellation charge deposit. The number of persons occupying the caravan must not exceed the maximum occupancy level stated (4 persons). I reserve the right to end occupancy of the caravan without notice or refund in the case of a breach of this condition.

The hirer is fully liable for the condition of the caravan and its contents for the period of their holiday (fair wear and tear excepted). The hirer will make good any damage or loss and leave the caravan and its contents in a clean and orderly condition. The individual who signed the booking form will be held responsible for the hiring party. I reserve the right to refuse to hand over occupancy of the caravan to any person/s that, in my opinion, is not appropriate to take charge. In this eventuality, hire charges will be refunded in full and my liability shall cease. Without prior consent, the caravan is not available to hire to single sex groups; stag / hen parties. The lead booker (who must be in the party) must be over the age of 25.

If I am prevented, due to situations beyond my control (eg fire, damage, flood, drought or the interruption of utility supplies), from putting the caravan at the disposal of the hirer, the hire charge shall be refunded in full but the hirer shall have no further claim against myself.

No smoking including e cigs/vapors.

IMPORTANT: Check in time from 4pm on day of arrival; check out NO LATER THAN 10am on day of departure. If you do not leave until after 10am, then we will make a charge to cover cleaner waiting time.

KEY COLLECTION DETAILS WILL BE ISSUED VIA EMAIL WITHIN 3 DAYS OF COMMENCEMENT OF YOUR HOLIDAY.

The position of the caravan ensures a relaxing and peaceful stay, with almost total exclusion, a rare and welcoming addition to a park of this type. Really excellent and helpful service from Richard and were very pleased with the great condition of the caravan and its proximity to the beach. It was so helpful that we were able to bring our dogs and they so enjoyed their runs on the beach. Loved watching the sea in the evening and early morning - but recommend you bring binoculars! We had a really enjoyable holiday here.

We have just had a fantastic weeks holiday at this delightful caravan. There is only one word to describe the caravan & it's prime position overlooking the beach/sea, amazing! We arrived in the sunshine & made ourselves a cup of tea with the welcome pack provided. A very nice touch I may add. We didn't move for about an hour as we were just watching the boats, birds, dog walkers on the beach. The view is stunning & being so close to the sea ideal for walking our dog. He sulked when we had to go home & wouldnt come off the sand. The caravan is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need, a true home from home. Our only regret is that we hadn't taken our binoculars as we like birds & there were gannets diving for fish in front of the caravan. So a top tip is take binoculars even if you just want to see the boats throwing the lobster pots into the sea. We will definitely be returning to such a comfortable, ideally positioned caravan. Thank you

We had a wonderfull time at the caravan. It is in a prime spot and has wonderful sea views. Must remember the binoculars next time. We had our staffie cross Sasha with us. She enjoyed her stay there and loved walking round to Newbiggin by the Sea and loved the beach just down from the caravan. Everything you need for a great holiday is provided in the caravan. Just what we needed to re-charge our batteries. Will certainly be going back again. Thanks once again we really enjoyed it.

This was our second stay and we have already booked again. The caravan is very comfortable with superb views. Very exciting in the wild storm that lasted 2 days - but we were warm and cosy. It is very well equipped and beautifully laid out. A fantastic holiday enjoyed by the humans and the dog - especially early morning walks on the beach.

Being so close to the sea means you can experience all kinds of weather and the changes that brings but that lovely view still stays the same! Great for seeing all kinds of birds, including the herons who love to fish in the rockpools and you will sometimes witness seals and porpoises going about their day which is really great. As you say, the quiet beach is perfect for those early morning walks and great for dogs all year round. We very much look forward to welcoming you again soon.

The caravan is in excellent condition with everything we needed with an outstanding view of the sea. Easy access to the beach and when the tide goes out, there's plenty of rockpools to explore! Good base for visiting tourist hotspots in Northumberland. Can't pick a fault and will certainly return!

Just had an amazing long weekend, very blustery and freezing cold weather, but snug as a bug in the caravan. The photos do not do this caravan justice, it is much larger than it looks. Clean and well kept. seconds to the beach. Nothing to fault it. Lovely watching the seabirds whilst hubby fished. Easy to get to all parts of Northumberland from here.

Just enjoyed a lovely weekend staying in this fantastic caravan, it is homely, comfortable and extremely clean.
