Main Description
A Spacious 2 Bedroom Holiday Home ( Rio Gold ), (White 28 ) situated within 5 minutes walk to the beech and Waterside Holiday Park Spa Facilities. This spacious caravan will sleep up to 6 people with a Double Bedroom with En-suite, 2 Twin Beds that can be a Double Bedroom, if required a further pull out Double Bed in the lounge, Bathroom with walk in Shower Cubicle, 2 wc's. It has the latest fixtures and fittings, 32" TV, DVD player, the caravan comes with a combined living room, dining area, kitchen with gas cooker, fridge, microwave, toaster. Outside, the caravan has a spacious raised decking/patio area with table, chair's, and sun umbrella, a parking space is situated at the side. Additional parking is available on the park opposite reception if required.

Wi-Fi available from reception around £20.00 a week.

Night Entertainment in the Venue Club on site, kids club and a variety of live acts. Waves and Sportsmen's Bar, Restaurant and Bar Meals. Also a Beach Café and Bar just outside the site 5 minutes walk.

All duvets and pillows supplied, no towels or bed linen. Bed linen can be hired at an extra cost of around £30.00 a week for 4 people, £40 for 6 people. All passes for bars and entertainment included. There is a small charge for the swimming pools.
