1. A 20% non refundable deposit secures your booking.

2. Final balance payable 8 weeks before your holiday arrival date.

3. We accept payment by Direct Debit or PayPal

4. A discount of 5% is allowable for Senior Citizens, repeat bookings and stays of two weeks.(sorry,not during school holidays)

5. A fully refundable 100GBP security deposit will apply to all bookings and is payable with the final payment. This amount is refundable after checks have been made and found to be satisfactory.

Brand new to the holiday lettings market and booking up fast, "Dreamy-dayze", just whispering the name sums up the entire experience of coming to our exclusive, comfortable luxury Lodge. As the Lodge is our pride and joy, we keep it in prime condition and well maintained.
Situated on the FRONT ROW with panoramic views of Tobay, no caravans, buildings or cars to spoil your view, welcome to the quiet "nook" of the park.
The viewing deck wraps around the lodge to reveal 180 deg. spectacular views of Torbay, ideal for alfresco dining and great for entertaining family and friends. Enjoy your sundowners whilst sitting on your deck and spotting yachts and ferries, or simply soaking up the sun. Adults and the youngsters as well as steam train enthusiasts will experience the thrill of the steam train passing in front of the lodge on its way to Dartmouth and a good chance of spotting wild-life on the "green" on your walks down to the beach/cove which is directly opposite. .

The lodge is fully UPVC double glazed and centrally heated throughout, making for comfortable, pleasant living.Open plan kitchen, living and dining area (extended table seating up to 6) with triple aspect windows and French doors to access the deck and enjoy the view.

Large Flat screen TV 100 cm with freeview and electric fire place for getting cosy on a winters evening and furnished to a very high standard throughout.

The kitchen comprises an *integrated fridge freezer, *five ring gas hob and full size electric oven Integrated *dishwasher, *washing machine/tumbledryer, convection/microwave oven, kettle, toaster, electric iron and ironing board. Fully equipped with all cooking utensils, crockery and glassware that you will need.

Living accommodation comprises two bedrooms, one double with Jack and Jill bathroom with shower. and a second twin bedded bedroom.There is also a travel cot available if required.

We supply duvets and pillows for four (4) persons, please note, no linen or towels are provided.. Please supply your own towels and tea towels. Bed linen is available from the Park at extra cost if you do not wish to bring your own. The price is inclusive of all water gas and electricity. There is adequate parking and easy access to the lodge.

The Park offers a 'Yacht club' club house with a rolling program of entertainment shows each season from March to October. A manned, heated swimming pool and paddling pool is available during the summer months. You will require a family entertainment pass to access theses facilities (under 3 go free). These passes are very reasonably priced and are available to purchase from the Park Sales Office when you arrive.

The Smugglers Inn Tavern is great for breakfast, lunch and dinner and a laundry facility is also available to all guests.

Whats nearby:
Waterside Holiday Park is so well positioned as to offer a wonderful experience for a family holiday, retirees, or for that romantic getaway. Its position in the English Riviera is within striking distance of Dartmoor National Park, Brixham, a famous fishing town/harbour.The beaches, Broadsands, Goodrington, Torbay Sands and many small coves are within walking distance. Paignton Zoo is a ten minute drive away, as is the historic Cockington Village, dating back to the 11th Century. Both these venues are well worth a visit.

Take one of the many Ferries from Torquay, Paignton or Brixham accross Torbay or to Dartmouth, a beautiful Naval town, boasting art galleries, world class bistros, cafe and pubs. Whilst there, take a walk to the mouth of the Dart River and visit the Dartmouth Castle.
