Main Description
Our spacious well-appointed 37ft x 12ft caravan is situated close to all amenities at Park Resorts Skipsea Sands Holiday Park.

The caravan sleeps 6 comprising of a double room with en suite, a twin room and a free standing pull out bed settee. All bedding will be supplied.
The caravan is double glazed throughout and has gas central heating.
The kitchen is well equipped, with microwave, toaster, sandwich toaster, oven, hob and grill. There is also a full sized American style fridge freezer. All cleaning products will be included.
The caravan offers open plan living room which is light, spacious and airy due to floor to ceiling glass at front of caravan, French door entrance and Velux windows in kitchen and double bedroom areas.
Bathroom has large shower cubicle, toilet and wash basin with heated towel rail.
First bedroom: King-size bed and ample with large fitted wardrobe.
Second bedroom: Twin beds and small wardrobe.
The caravan is fitted with carbon monoxide and smoke alarms. There are 2 LED TVs with built in Freeview and DVD player.

The complex has recently been refurbished in 2015 including a new show bar with nightly bingo and family entertainment (passes to be purchased from the reception). There is also The Boathouse bar where you and your family can relax and enjoy a drink or a bite to eat without having to leave the resort.

There is also a bus service that stops outside the resort if you want to explore the surrounding area without the hassle of driving.
The site provides a great base to explore the surrounding area.
Some examples of things to do are:

Skirlington Market and Car Boot Every Sunday.
Hornsea is only a short drive from the resort with access to the beach from the promenade. There is also The Hornsea Mere which is Yorkshire's largest inland freshwater lake. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind. For those who fancy of a bit of retail therapy or a bite to eat then take a trip to Hornsea Freeport with something for everyone including Neptune’s Kingdom soft play for the kids and shopping for adults.

Bridlington with its beautiful beaches, fun fair, Bridlington Spa and an array of high street and independent shops. John Bull Factory is also just a few minutes drive outside of the centre of Bridlington. You can take a factory tour and watch rock and other sweet confectionery being made. You can also grab a bite to eat in the cafe or let the little ones enjoy the soft play area while you enjoy a coffee. There is also a factory shop ideal for those gifts to take home with you. Park Rose pottery, fun barn and birds of prey centre.
Strawberry Fields Car Boot Bridlington Every Thursday (and Tuesday from June)
Flamborough, with caves to explore. Sewerby Hall and gardens. Filey Brigg with beautiful rock pools and a beach.
Scarborough has a historical castle, beautiful beaches and Sea Life Centre with Penguin Island and a Surf School for your aspiring surfer or a different family holiday experience plus much more.

The caravan must be vacated by 10:30am on day of departure and the caravan will be available from 2.00pm on the day of arrival.

Booking Details
A non-refundable deposit of £50 will be taken at time of booking. The full fee should be paid no later than 4 weeks prior to holiday.

In the case of an accident or injury all guests stay in our caravan at their own risk, we accept no responsibility. Minor Injuries Unit at Bridlington Hospital.
We therefore recommend that all guests consider taking out holiday insurance to care for any unforeseen circumstances which may occur.
