Duvets and pillows are provided - PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT PROVIDE BEDDING (DUVET COVERS, SHEETS, PILLOWS CASES, TOWELS, DISHCLOTHS OR TEA TOWELS FOR HYGEINE) Standard arrival times from 2pm. Standard vacation times 10.30am. Prices do not include entertainment privileged card, these can be purchased via reception. Although every effort is taken to ensure you have no problems on your holiday sometimes unforeseen issues arise. With this in mind you have a dedicated number to call and they will be resolved asap.

Entertainment passes available directly from reception on arrival if you wish.

Sited in one of the most prestigous areas of the park on a private cul-de-sac. Just a stones throw from the the beach and just minutes away from the main entertainment complex, swimming pools, restaurants and bars. 5 minutes walk from Burnham-on-Sea centre, the seafront and sandy beach.

HOUSEKEEPING
The holiday home will be cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival and we ask you leave it in a clean and tidy condition on departure please. Duvets and pillows are provided so all you need to bring is your own bed linen (duvet covers, pillow cases and bottom sheets) and towels. 

Please be aware that we have a strict no smoking policy in our holiday homes and pets are not allowed on the park.
