The caravan has 2 bathrooms one with shower and one without. There are two TV's in the caravan 42 inch in the lounge area and a 26 inch with build in DVD player in the master bedroom. Plenty of games for the children to paly with as well as an X Box with games and dvd's to watch.

In order to rent the caravan a deposit of £50.00 is required to secure the booking which will be returned to you at the end of your stay providing there had been no damage to the property. The deposit is NOT included in the price of the holiday. The full payment of the holiday is required 2 weeks prior to the start date of your holiday if this payment is not met on time your holiday will be cancelled and NO refund of the £50.00 booking fee will be made. Please note we do allow ONLY well behaved dogs in to our property at our discression and provide a cage for the dog to stay in should you leave the dog alone in the caravan and we ask that you respect our request. we do not provide leisure passes these can be purchased at the caravan park.

AS MENTIONED THIS IS A NON SMOKING CARAVAN IF THERE IS EVIDENCE OF SMOKING WHEN THE CARAVAN IS CLEANED (SMELL OR PHYSICAL EVIDENCE) YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR A DEEP CLEAN TO THE VAN AND YOUR DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE RETURNED

Main Description
We are pleased to offer to the rental market our 3 bedroom prestige caravan on the lovely Lakeland Leisure Park. The caravan is 5 minutes walk away from the main complex where all the entertainment and fun happens and is within a 10 minute drive to the delightful town of Grange Over Sands and Cartmel where you will find local shops and the mainline train station. Windermere and the lakes is approx 20 miles from the caravan site for those of you wanting to explore the beauty of the area and all it has to offer. This caravan holiday provides you with the best of both worlds where you can discover the lakes or simply stay on site and experience all that Haven has to offer the choice is yours.

The Caravan itself is spacious and has a neutral colour scheme and really is a home from home with central heating and double glazing all you need to bring with you is tea towels and bath towels.

Plus all the essentials you would expect to find in a fully equipped kitchen.

LOUNGE:
42 inch TV with build in free view as well as X Box to watch DVD's or play games on. Gas fire. 3 seater and 2 seater sofas as well as window seat.

Bedrooms:
The master bedroom and two twin bedrooms are tastefully decorated again in a neutral colour scheme.The master room has a 26 inch TV with built in DVD player and access to the main bathroom with shower.There is also another bathroom without shower.

Extras:
There are toys and games provided for children to play with as well as a file containing information about things to see and do in the surrounding areas.
