Sitting on the quiet side of a very busy holiday park and being situated on the Southfield of the park overlooking the wheat fields but BRAND NEW to the rental market stands this Gold rated, Modern Willerby Mistral that sleeps 6 people at full capacity (2 bedrooms and a pull out sofa bed in the lounge area) Both the master bedroom and twin rooms have wardrobes, but we kindly request that you bring with you your own sheets, pillowcases and duvets, along with your towels and facecloths, although we provide all mattress protectors, duvets and pillows. Bathroom, Open Lounge and Kitchen. Double Glazed and Centrally Heated. All amenities are within a 5 minute walk. The kitchen is fully equipped with all crockery and cutlery, a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven & hob.

Skipsea Sands Holiday Park that boasts entertainment for all ages (Bowling Alley, Amusement Arcades, Show bar with entertainment with Sparky and Crew for the younger generation, and Entertainment later in the evening for the Adults) and many facilities on site including a Cash Machine, Soft Play Area, Indoor Heated Swimming Pool, Sauna, Sports Hall, Fishing Lake, Adventure Playground, Fishing Lake/Pond with a variety of wild birds) and even hosts an on-site shop and Launderette. Close by is a Fish and Chip shop

The beach is located within a 10 minute drive, and has stunning views up to Flamborough Head and south towards Withernsea and beyond.

Family passes may be purchased from the reception, located at the Entrance to the main park, but the cost of these unfortunately IS NOT included in the cost of your holiday although the use of any Gas, Electric and water are included.

Bridlington and Hornsea are no more than 7 miles away and can be easily accessed via your motor vehicle. Alternatively you may wish to use the local bus service that operates between these two towns.

Scarborough, Filey, Flamborough and Whitby all within an hours drive.
