A perfect holiday destination for anyone looking to play golf, walk the coastal path, surf or SUP board, sea fishing, and exploring the South Coast.

The clubhouse holds regular weekly quiz nights and occasional music nights and BBQs. There are also some regular weekly fitness classes that can be booked when here. The caravan is also close to the 9-hole Golf Course which offers sublime countryside and sea views. Praa Sands is a quiet holiday park and perfect for individuals, couples and families alike.
The mile-long Praa Sands beach is just minutes away on foot or by bike or in your car, is famous for sand, surf, ice cream and the wonderful Sand Bar (which serves good quality reasonably priced food and drink and has regular weekly live music).
The South Coast of Cornwall has lots of beautiful towns and villages all within close distance of each other: Within 5 miles of Praa Sands there is Porthleven - the most southerly port in Great Britain, it was originally developed as a harbour of refuge, when the Cornish coastline was a known black spot for sailing wrecks. Now a vibrant tourist spot, it is host to many nationally acclaimed restaurants, including one now owned by Rick Stein, as well as art and craft studios, workshops and galleries. It offers a post office, supermarket with inside cash-point, pharmacy, estate agent, cafes, pubs, fish and chip shops, and Chinese takeaway, clothing and gift shops. Nearby Helston (6.2 miles) is famous for its annual Floral or Furry Dance on May 8th: Marazion, from where you can walk or get a boat to St Michael's Mount is 4.4 miles; Penzance (9.7 miles), and beyond lies Newlyn, Mousehole and St Ives. In the other direction, Falmouth is just 18 miles and the City of Truro is 24 miles.
Praa Sands is also within easy reach of other attractions such as Flambards Theme Park at Helston, the Gweek Seal Sanctuary, the Eden project, the Lost Gardens of Heligan at St Austell and many others.
**Important note** This caravan is for sale. We are still taking bookings for 2017 onwards! If we sell the caravan during this time, the new owner can then benefit from any bookings taken. We are selling because we own a Lodge on Praa Sands Park (also available to rent) and no longer have need for the caravan.
Please do contact us if you are interested in buying the caravan. If you should rent the caravan during the year and decide to purchase it, your holiday rental will be refunded upon completion of the sale. Try before you buy!!
