Parkresorts will not allow our caravan to be booked by:
1. A party where half or more of the group are between the ages of 17 and 25 years
2. An all-male or an all-female party of more than 4 people
3. Any party where all of the people are under 18 years
4. Where the total number of people exceeds the sleeping capacity of 8
5. One person under 21 years
6. One person for more than 60 consecutive days

A deposit of £150 is required at time of booking. This includes £100 waiver fee which is fully refundable providing the caravan is left in the same condition it was prior to your holiday i.e. no breakages, damage/burns or evidence of cigarette usage inside the caravan. The balance is required 4 weeks before the start of your holiday No bookings accepted within less than 48 hours notice of arrival time. Only online banking accepted if booked less than a week in advance.

Please ensure the caravan is left clean, tidy. sheets and pillow cases removed from bed and placed in a black plastic bag provided and vacuum cleaner bag is emptied also bins emptied etc

After your holiday and the caravan has been checked out, your deposit will be refunded 2-3 days later providing there is no damage and all conditions have been met. Please inform us of any accidental breakages and try to replace wherever possible.

Should you cancel your holiday, you will forfeit the deposit and if you cancel after the total amount has been paid, we will try to re-let it thus enabling us to refund payment. However, we recommend that it might be wise to take out some personal insurance to protect yourself against this possible situation arising.

Main Description
This is a privately owned caravan and just one year old so please keep it in a clean condition throughout your stay so that others may enjoy it after you leave.

Set in the idyllic and peaceful woodland grounds of an old manor house, overlooked by the ancient Church of St Minver and a short walking distance from the Fourways public house.

Explore the lovely sandy beaches of Rock, Daymer Bay and Polzeath or take a ferry boat across the estuary to the historic harbour of Padstow, well known for its May Day festival (obby oss) and the famous Rick Stein eatery.

Go sailing or surfing taking advantage of local lessons offered nearby. Just a short drive to Port Isaac the famous setting of Doc Martin or Crealy leisure park. Be aware that parking is VERY limited in Port Isaac!

Feeling energetic, then hire a bicycle in Wadebridge and cycle along the camel trail. Great fun for all the family.

Exhausted? why not enjoy a nice meal in the Pizza and Steakhouse Restaurant and takeaway or stop off at the local fish and chip shop. Our holiday home is equipped with salt, pepper and vinegar and various other sauces.

SOME IMPORTANT PARKRESORTS RULES/CONDITIONS

1. Behaviour should be appropriate, not noisy, offensive or likely to cause harm to other guests, members of staff or property at the resort. You are reminded that you have neighbours at most of the times of day and night. As a result of any bad behaviour where you are asked to leave you will forfeit your deposit

2. No firearms, weapons, explosives, fireworks, unlawful drugs of any description are permitted on site. This is also a non-smoking caravan and any indication that smoking has taken place inside the caravan then you forfeit your deposit.

Fruit machine arcade, pool, darts and table tennis. little lending library, kids clubs, climbing frames , crazy golf and other outdoor activities sited around the park.
