Owner's Booking Terms
ALL BOOKINGS ARE PROVISIONAL AND ARE HELD FOR 10 DAYS AWAITING 10% DEPOSIT. COMPLETED BOOKING FORMS AND BALANCE MUST BE RECEIVED 6 WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE. BOOKINGS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FROM AGE UNDER 21 OR SINGLE SEX GROUPS (FAMILIES AND COUPLES ONLY). CARAVAN IS STRICTLY NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ALLOWED.

Bookings should be made and the signed forms retained for your own information.

Bookings are accepted on the understanding that the caravan is used for holiday purposes only. Names of all guests must be entered on the booking form provided; failure to do so will invalidate the booking unless added by the hirer prior to occupation. The number of people in your party must not exceed the maximum for which the sleeping allows. Any party found to be exceeding the maximum occupancy will be asked to vacate the premises IMMEDIATELY. Spot checks are frequently made for insurance protection, both for you and us and the park owners.

We do not accept responsibility for the loss or of damage to property brought into the caravan or onto the park. Or from claims made by any person(s) in respect of injury arising directly or indirectly from use of the caravan or any outside furniture/fittings associated with it, save insofar as we have legal liability to such person(s). We do not accept responsibility for damage to or theft from parked vehicles in the caravan drives. Vehicles are brought onto the part at owners own risk. Please avoid parking on the grass/verges. A maximum of 2 cars per caravan is allowed. No commercial or sign written vehicles are permitted (Waterside Holiday Park rules).

Caravans are to be vacated by 09.30am on the day of departure. Whilst every effort is made to accommodate you as soon as possible, caravan/key release cannot be guaranteed before 4pm on day of arrival (Waterside Holiday Park rules).

Loss/damage/breakages to any of the caravans fixtures and fittings MUST be reported to a member of reception staff as soon as possible or on departure to enable repairs/replacements to be made ready for incoming guests. We reserve the right to make charges for damages caused by lack of due care and attention, and pursue for additional charges for extra cleaning if the accommodation is left in an unacceptable condition.

Cancellations: If under any circumstances you have to cancel your booking within 4 weeks prior to arrival, all monies received are non-refundable unless we are able to re-let on your behalf. We reserve the right to re-let the caravan if not taken by 12 midnight on the date of arrival, unless previous arrangements have been notified.

All prices include passes to bars and entertainment facilities. There is a daily/weekly charge for swimming & indoor Gym please enquire at Swimming Reception.

Main Description
The holiday home is furnished with all you need to make your stay perfect including television and DVD player. The caravan has a open plan kitchen and lounge area with sufficient space for a dining area with 4 chairs. The kitchen has a gas cooker, fridge freezer and microwave. The caravan has 2 bedrooms, 1 double with en-suite toilet, twin room and a pull-out sofa bed in the living area. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside has a generous decking area with table and chairs.

Wi-fi is available in the caravan for a charge, please enquire at reception. There is free wi-fi in the entertainment areas on request. There is a wide variety of acts in The Venue plus a kids club throughout the week. The Sports Bar hosts shows major sporting events on BT and SKY Sports, also includes a soft play area, arcade and pool tables. Both bars are fully licensed and have a wide variety of food to both eat in or take-away. The indoor and outside gym offer the latest in fitness and exercise equipment, for light daily workout for a personal exercise programme. The outdoor gym has some of the best views of Weymouth.

The site has superb indoor swimming facilities including slides, bubble pool and area specifically for younger guests. The outdoor pool is heated and open from 20 May - 1 September. All pools are supported by several fully qualified life guards.

The state-of-the-art Spa, with a sauna, hydrotherapy pool, experience shower, steam room and treatment rooms - the ultimate in relaxation. There is a full range of treatments available - pre-booking is recommended.

All duvets and pillows are included, bed linen can be made available but will need to be arranged at time of booking (this may not be available for last minute bookings). Beds will not be prepared prior to your arrival but the linen will be in the caravan for your use. Please request when making your booking.

Local attractions are less than 10 mins bus ride away. The bus route goes through the park and takes you directly to the golden sands of Weymouth. Plenty of leaflets on display in reception for other attractions within easy reach.
