Owner's Booking Terms
Non-refundable Deposit of £100 required within 7 days to secure booking. Full payment of balance required at least one calendar month before the booked holiday date in low season, two calendar months in high season/school holidays. Payment can be made by BACS or cheque. Dogs are welcome but there is an additional cost of £20 per booking. Short breaks are available in low/mid season, minimum of 3 nights @ £70 per night.
An additional £50 damage deposit is payable with balance, this will be refunded by direct bank transfer or in a cheque within 7 days of your departure providing the caravan is left in a clean and tidy condition and free of damage.

Main Description
Swanage Bay View holiday park, privately owned 6 berth 2015 static caravan has lovely views over Swanage town, Swanage bay & the Purbecks. Adjacent to Townsend nature reserve. It is ideally situated for walking the South West Coast path, relaxing on Swanage award winning beach, with a 1 mile walk into Swanage town where you will find the Swanage railway station where you can ride on the wonderful steam trains to Corfe Castle.

The caravan is fully double glazed, centrally heated with integrated corner sofa area and flame effect electric fire. There is a TV and DVD player. The sliding patio door opens up onto the decking area which allows you to relax where you can enjoy eating al fresco or just a glass of wine while enjoying views over Swanage Bay and the Purbeck Hills.

There are 2 bedrooms, one double with en-suite toilet, one twin beds (which can be put together to make a double). There is also a small double sofa bed in the lounge area.

Duvets (2 Doubles and 2 singles) and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own duvet covers, pillowcases, towels and tea-towels.

The main bathroom has a large walk-in shower, WC and basin.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need, including an oven, hob, grill, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery/cutlery, a large fridge/freezer, dining table with four chairs (plus two stools) should you choose to eat inside rather than out on the decking.

Outside there is a washing line and pegs for your use. An outside tap for muddy dogs/cars and wellies.

Well behaved dogs are welcome, but please do not leave them alone in the caravan or let them sleep on furniture/beds.
