Luxury caravan, a warm comfortable double glazed static caravan in lovely condition on a site overlooking the coarse fishing lake.
Gas BBQ on the decking. enjoy cooking outdoors!!
Central heating, radiators in every room, essential in low season.
Large separate lounge with Gas Fire, Flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD.
Separate kitchen diner with Gas hob and oven. Separate fridge & freezer. Microwave; solar grill, Toaster etc.
Main bedroom - king size bed with memory foam topper.
Twin bedroom.
Separate lounge allows privacy if using as a bedroom - fold out double bed.
Bathroom has bath, shower, WC & wash basin with addition door to main bedroom.
The caravan is fully equiped and the price includes gas & electricity & linen. Please bring your own towels and tea towels.
Peppermint Park is at the heart of Dawlish Warren. IT is a select,quieter family park of high quality holiday homes within easy walking distance of Dawlish Warrens Famous Blue Flag Beach. It has a shop, take away food, laundrette and fishing lake.
Peppermint Park is now part of the PARK HOLIDAYS GRoup so you can enjoy the fun & entertainment of Golden Sands Holiday Park nextdoor and Golden Sands Holiday Park across the road from reception. Guests are welcome to use the facilities of both these sister parks FREE these include indoor & outdoor swimming pools, Kids Club,& nightly entertainment at the "Show Bar" during the season
There are lovely walks along the sand spit of Dawlish Warren, this is a nature reserve and Shetland ponies roam freely.
Dawlish Warren has a small railway station providing easy access to the ancient cities of Exeter & Plymouth.
The fares are resonable and you can travel along the coast to Exmouth or Paingnton on the little two carriage train. It is also well served by local buses allowing the car driver to enjoy the wonderful scenery of SouthDevon.
