£100 deposit and the balance can be paid as much as you want when you want as long as full payment is paid 5 weeks before the booking date bookings made 6 weeks before date full payment must be paid in full. Any cancelations after any monies paid must be put in righting or no refund will be given if a cancelation made 6 weeks before booking no refund will be given.

Caravan Park + Local Area Information
|
If you have never been to Dawlish Warren you dont know what you are missing there are plenty of things to see or do.
The beach is only a 5min walk from Peppermint Park, on the way to the beach there is a bakery where you can buy fresh baked crusty bread, pasty's, cream tea's cooked meats, etc.
You will also find a supermarket, a fish & chip shop, a Chinese take-away, a gift shop and even a Doctors surgery close to Peppermint Park.
There is a nature reserve for a nice stroll that will take you up onto the beach, there is a large grassed area where you can have a picnic, a game of football or tennis, or just a sunbathe.
There is a small fair for the little ones or go-carts for the bigger ones, there are arcades and pubs where you can grab a snack or a meal plus a burger bar. You can walk along the beach to Dawlish town from Peppermint Park, with all the shops and the famous Black Swan's. Its less than a 2 mile walk or paddle.
Places to go include Powderham Castle, Paignton Zoo, Torquay water theme park, Becky Falls, Donkey Sanctury, Exeter and its Famous Cathederal, the list is endless. There is a great transport service - buses, trains or go to Starcross to get the ferry over to Exmouth.
