Expect a warm welcome at our Gold (prestige)standard caravan situated at Havens flagship park - Devon Cliffs - EX2 5BT - It is a 2005 ABI Ashbourne model with a gated verandah where you can sit and watch beautiful sea and sunset views

This holiday caravan is 37 x 12ft offering deluxe accommodation comprising of three bedrooms (two twin and one double - twins can be pushed together to make doubles) with plenty of wardrobe space. The lounge / dining area has a bow window, french doors, twin loose-look three seater sofas, gas fire with domestic fire surround, 32" colour television,free-view box and dvd player . The dining area has a table and chairs.
The modern fitted kitchen,which has all the equipment you need to cook a meal, has oven / hob with extractor fan, full size fridge and seperate freezer, microwave oven, toaster. The bathroom has a large shower unit with low step, glass sliding door and tiled finish, white ceramic toilet and basin, heated towel rail,and 3 deep shelves for all your towels. For added comfort our holiday caravan has upvc double glazing and full gas central heating throughout,including all bedrooms. Outside there is a upvc verandah with gate (patio furniture and parasol supplied).
SMOKING ALLOWED ON VERANDAH ONLY - ASHTRAYS PROVIDED
The park has 2 showbars,both with non-stop family entertainment and both with kids clubs, large heated indoor pool complex with flume and water play area,heated outdoor multi-level pool & patio complex with multi-lane waterslide,huge amusement arcade with indoor play area,shopping arcade with convenience store,bakery & off-licence,wonderstore for kids,beach &gift shops.starbucks coffee house,2 restaurants,2 cafe bars,burger king,traditional fish & chips, crazy golf,childrens adventure playgrounds, newly developed spa and fitness centre and much more. All facilities are just a short stroll away. The beach is clean, sandy and ideal for families and is approx 12 minutes walk from the caravan.
Travel cot or bed guard available on request at no extra charge.
A damage waiver of £75 per week will be payable in addition to the weekly price. This will be refunded to you after successful inspection of the caravan at the end of your stay.
