Bedding is available for those not chosing the Saver Option. For extra comfort we have a 12ft by 6 ft veranda, to enjoy this extends your living space. There is ample parking close to the Holiday Home.

Owner's Booking Terms
The lead guest will be liable for their guests, for any damage to the Holiday home, Holiday Park and surrounding areas. You must ensure you follow the Holiday Park site rules. We do have a small dog that is caged and is NOT allowed to sit on furniture or access any the bedrooms. Please be mindful of this if you have an allergy.
A Bond of £100 is taken on booking to reserve your stay in the above holiday home at Marine Holiday Park. This will be returned to you within 7 days, so long as there is no damage to the Holiday or surrounding area. The Bond will not be returned to the guests if any damage is present to the Holiday Home or Damage to the Holiday Park and surrounding areas and if damage is in excess of £100 then we will pursue for all damages. On booking your chosen dates the £100 Bond will not be returned if we (the holiday home owners) cannot secure another booking for your selected dates. If we do get the opportunity to re-let the booking you have paid a bond for we will return your Bond.
Balances for your chosen dates will be due in full to us 4 weeks before your holiday. Only the guests booked into the Holiday Home must sleep in the bedrooms, any changes to names must be notified. Our insurance will be invalidated, if you have more than 6 in the Holiday home. Our number is displayed on the outside of the Holiday home, should there be more than 6 guest in the Holiday home without permission.
We will not hold your holiday if the balance is not paid in full. We will take part payments to help you budget and allocate the money towards your holiday booking but the same terms as above (the balance must be paid in full 4 weeks prior to your holiday dates).
Whilst there is ample parking round the holiday park the caravan does not have its own parking bay bay but less than 10 yards away is a car park. Please bear in mind parking if you are disabled. The Park imposes a fine of £25 for parking on the grass and its dangerous given it a holiday park (children playing be mindful). If you are coming to the park by car we supply a barrier pass, which must be left in the holiday home on check-out. if you take the barrier pass the cost of £16 will be deducted from your Bond should we have to replace it for our next guest.

Additional Instructions
Please email for a price or other dates not displayed and we will try to accomodate you. We require you to complete a booking form when paying a deposit £100 Bond, we asked for lead guests names and address and party members names and ages; your information will be kept confidential, except in criminal acts relating to the hire period. We do share the information of names and ages with the park to issue Park Passes, you show reception your booking form with your details on and length of stay when purchasing your park pass. Please do not take the soft furnishing outside the holiday home, (pillows, cushions ect) there is padded seating for the Ratten decking furniture that is shower proof. If we can not meet you on departure please bring in the Rattan cushions inside. Gas and Electric is provided for your stay free of charge. We have a keysafe for those not being able to meet on arrival and departure. We ask for a Bond of £100 which is returnable within 7 days provided there is no damage to the holiday home or surrounding areas, this is on top of the price for your stay. Should there be excess damage to the Holiday home we the owners will pursue the lead guest for all damages caused by the guests of the lead guest.
We are available 24/7 to report any security issues or damage. We have left all contact details clearly displayed in the holiday home. Anyone found breaching Marine Holiday Parks rules will be asked to leave the holiday home and the park, the whole of your party will be asked to leave, we (the holiday home owners) will not refund any monies to you. Please enjoy yourselves and read and respect the rules. The park is 4 Star standard and breaking rules or disturbing other holiday makers peace and enjoyment is not acceptable at any time.
Will be not be responsible for any cancelled activities on the Park; please check the daily activities on the Park. Reception have a event list for the week. Only the guests named on the booking form will be permitted to sleep in the Holiday home. Should you change a guest name please contact us. Our insurance will be invalidated should you allow guests that are not booked in with us stay in the holiday home, it sleeps 6 and no more for the comfort of everyone.
The Marine Holiday Park charges a separate fee of £25 for a short stay and £50 for seven nights; for the use of Bar Facilities, Tropically Heated Pool and Entertainment. If you have chosen a date in the Special Option Offer then you (the hirer) will be required to BRING your own bedding. We do not provide towels for showering or use int the pool.This can be paid direct to us and we will reserve your passes to use the facilities, or you can then collect them at the Holiday Park Reception.

Main Description
You will be hiring a 6 Birth Luxury Platinum Holiday Home that’s situated just a short walking distances from all the activities and reception. It has double glazing and has full central heating with radiators in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped, gas oven and grill, four gas burners microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, and crockery and pans to cater the group of eight. Dining table and chairs seating four, we can provide a highchair if necessary.
There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom has a double bed and private toilet and wash basin and TV with intergrated DVD, and two smaller rooms are 4 single beds; both of these bedrooms have a TV, one is TV/DVD. PS4 is available to use but you will need to bring your own games. Adequate pillows one double duvet and four single duvets are in the bedrooms. Beds will NOT be made up on your arrival.
The shower room has a large shower and toilet and shaver socket.
The living area is spacious with electric fire, flat screen smart television, Christie DAB radio, DVD player, family DVD’s. The living area has large French windows, that open out to a 12ft by 6ft veranda with seating.
Outside has a table and two chairs to enjoy the outside area.
Please ask about pets as the Park has strict rules on breeds of dogs, and we charge £25 to enable us to steam clean the carpets and wash the throws on the settee for our next guest comforts. We also ask the guest to leave the holiday home at 10am and not the usual time of 11am, this then gives us time to do a quality clean.

You will be responsible for buying your own Park Pass, £25 for a short break or £50 for the week, remember you must bring your own bedding if you chose my Special Offer at lower price. I can provide bedding at your cost, please enquire, this will save on your luggage and washing. In all booking please BRING your own towels, I will leave a couple of hand towels for your comfort.
We do provide many items to save on your cost, salt, pepper, vinegar, cooking oil, ketchup, brown sauce, mayo, apple sauce, mint suace, mustard, jam, tea, coffee, sugar, toilet rolls, washing-up liqud, tea towels, all the home comforts.

We request £100 bond to be paid on booking, this secures your holiday, if for what ever reason you can not keep to the rules of the owners or Marine Holiday Park we will retain the £100. Should you damage any content we will retain the £100; you will receive this back if you leave the holiday home as you found it. If we can not relet the the holiday home, should you cancel we will retain what you have paid. If we can relet the holiday home for the price you booked your holiday with the owners, we will return your money, minus a £50 deposit for administration fees.
We are available 24/7 and our numbers along with the Holiday Parks Security are clearly displayed in the caravan; so please if you break something please report it so I can replace it for the next person’s holiday enjoyment, we will only retain the replacement price.
We also expect the holiday home to be as you found it clean and tidy.

Pub/Club, Amusement Arcade, Indoor Pool, Laundrette, Grocery Shop, Takeaway, Kids Club, There is ample fishing surrounding Marine Holiday Park Rhyl Cut Fishing; Babrbel, Bream, Carp, Chub, Dace, Ide, Pearch, Pike, Roach, Ruddcommon_carp, Tench, Wels Catfish, Zande. A small fee is payable at the Park. There is also a second fishing area at Brickfields Pond Nature Reserve Bar, Tropically Heated Pool, All Weather Pitch, Ship Wrecked Play Area, The Sand Arcade, Captains Plaice (fish & chips), Marmaid Cafe, Mariners Minmart and Laundrette. The park is disabled friendly(entertainment arrange by the holiday park, please see their web page for schedualled acts, we the owners of the caravan have now control over cancelled entertainment or activities;

Myself and my sister stayed in this lovely van for may bank holiday. Had a great experience from start to finish...Communication with Brenda and peter was excellent. When we arrived we were not disappointed, van was immaculate with lots of added extras, dvd's, fleece blankets for kids, candles for the lovely veranda etc. The van is in a great spot too, really safe for the little ones to play, and perfect for sitting out in the evening. You definitely won't be disappointed if you book this caravan! We hope to be back again soon.

We stayed at this caravan for the weekend on the 26th May 2017 for the weekend, it was that good that we actually booked again. location is great (quiet area near fishing lake but not far from main building), parking right outside, decking area lovely, caravan was modern, very clean and has everything you need, the owner is great with communication aswell, We will definetly be booking again for the 3rd time.
