The caravan itself comprises of 2 bedrooms one double with en-suite shower and hand basin fitted wadrobes, dressing table, flat screen tv and dvd the other bedroom is single with 2 single beds and fitted wadrobe,The seperate toilet is adjacent to the en suite shower room.
The main living area is large and spacious with a built in gas fire and fire surround 42inch samsung plasma tv freeview and dvd, with large corner sofa and a 2 seater sofa comprising of a pull out double bed, the eating area has a table and chairs that seats 4. The kitchen is separate from the living area and has all mod cons, full working gas cooker, fridge, seperate chest freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and all new cooking utensils including plates cups knifes and forks a hairdryer iron, iron board and vacum cleaner are all available. The caravan has double glazed windows and doors with a central blow out heating unit that heats each room seperatley.
The outside of the caravan has a a recently added 25ft verander that extends to a 15ft x 6ft eating and sunbathing area, with a table 4 chairs and parasol, their is also allocated parking provided. The plot is within a very nice area of the riverside park that has sun all day, and the van itself is regularly maintained clean, homely and comfortable.
Riverside caravan park been run by the same family for over 50 years, its a 5 star award winning caravan park on the south west coast of England which boasts its cleanliness and tidiness compared to other parks. It has 3 swimming pools, 1 indoor heated, 1 outdoor full size pool with seating areas and sun loungers, 1 kiddies pool along with spa bath and clean changing and shower facilities.
Riverside has a supervised rascals kiddies club for under 10s, a meeting area for the teenagers, and a kids tuck shop. The park also has a lively amusement arcade with snooker and billiard rooms and also an Internet room with 5 computers for your use.
The schooner bar is an adults only bar which is open till 12 and the club house seats around 400 with full stage excellent lighting and dance area with a huge bar and plenty of entertainment such as cabarets, discos, bingo and live entertainment. Riverside caravan park also has its own restaurant that serves a splendid Sunday roast dinner at reasonable prices.
Other amenities include a launderette a library and DVD room public telephones and Wi-Fi for Internet use. Tesco 24 hrs is less than 10mins walk away along with burger king, pizza hut and other useful shops. The beach and pier is a ten minute drive and Butlins is a five minute drive.
Bedding will be provide buy you must bring your own bed linen for the required beds needed. Swimming and park passes can be obtained via the reception at a cost of £16 per week per adult or £6 per week per child, daily passes are also available.
Booking & Payment Terms £50 non-refundable deposit per week of holiday, at time of booking. The balance to be paid 6 weeks proir to holiday. Check in time is after 3pm. Caravan to be vacated by 10.30am, on day of departure.
