Anyone booking a second holiday break during the season will recieve a 5% discount from that booking, and if you go on to book a third break you will recieve 10% discount off the booking price.
Bookings & Conditions
A £50 deposit is required to secure your holiday booking, we also request a £100 security deposit (bond)which will be returned to you within 2 weeks of your departure providing no damage or items missing are noted.So to make the booking a payment of £150 total is required. All we ask is that you leave the caravan as clean as you find it, otherwise a deduction will be made from your bond for any additional cleaning that will be required to bring to back upto standard, this is only fair.

All holidays must be paid for in full 6 weeks before arrival. Please note if full payment is not received prior tonghe 6 week deadline then the holiday may be cancelled in.line with the cancellation policy and timing mentioned below in the cancellation policy.
Please note that restrictions apply, no under 21s and no same sex groups allowed. Families with children and responsible adults only. This is our policy.
Payment for your holiday can be made either by cheque, postal order, or paying in slip over Bank Counter. We also need to know how many adults and children are in your party. This is for site security regulations.
Cancellations Policy.
If you have only paid the deposit then no refund will be issued. If paid in full then half of full payment will be returned if cancelled outside 4 weeks of holiday date, but if cancelled within 1~4 weeks before holiday date then 75% of total cost will be charged for.
