Full balance to be paid 6 weeks before the holiday start date. We ask you for a £100 damage security deposit when you pay your final balance and this will be refunded to you within one week of checking our holiday home and no damages or losses found. We reserve the right to charge for any specialist cleaning or repairs for damage incurred during your stay.

Duvets and pillows are included so all you need to bring with you is your own bed linen (duvet covers, pillow cases, bottom sheets), towels, bath mat and tea towels. All gas and electricity is included.

We have a strict no smoking policy in our holiday home and pets are not allowed on the park at any time. We are unable to accept same sex groups.

An extra-large luxury two bedroom holiday home with a light, airy and spacious feel to it. We do hope that you enjoy our holiday home caravan and Burnham-on-Sea as much as we do. Large, open plan lounge area which has many homely personal touches that we have added to make your stay really relaxing and comfortable, just as if it was your own home.

Sleeps up to 4 comfortable - two bedrooms sleeping 4, plus a sofa bed in the lounge for 2 children if need be. Two bathrooms, both with showers and one en-suite to master bedroom. UPVC double glazing and gas central heating (radiators from gas boiler). Paved patio and a spacious lawned area with trees. Garden Furniture. Private parking right outside the door.

The caravan will be cleaned and prepared prior to your arrival and we ask you leave it in a tidy condition on departure please. You will need to provide your own bed linen (duvet covers, pillow cases and bottom sheets) and towels.
