Caravan Park + Local Area Information
|
Our caravan for hire on Presthaven Sands is spacious and comfortably sleeps 8. It has a double and 2 twin bedroom with a comfortable fold out double bed in the lounge which is separate to the dining area. We have a large patio with seating for 8 and a BBQ and pic nic table. Central heating and double glazing keep it warm when required. There is a large TV/DVD/Free-view and a CD/Stereo. The full size fridge freezer means you can stack up with essentials and the full size gas oven makes cooking easy. There is also a microwave and all the other kitchen essentials you would expect.
Our caravan has been privately owned since new and is spacious. It is ideal for large families of up to 8 people, it is has all modern features such as double glazing and central heating. The living area has a 32" Flat screen Television with free-view and DVD player. The kitchen has a size cooker, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, bread-bin, crockery and everything you need for a self catering holiday.
The main double bedroom has built in dressing table with hair-dryer, bedside cabinets and fitted wardrobe. The two other bedrooms are twin and have built in wardrobes with bedside cabinet. There is bathroom with large double size walk in powerful shower, toiled and hand wash basin. All mattresses were purchased brand new in May 2012 so aid to a comfortable nights sleep.
Presthaven Sands Holiday Park Fun works passes to access the clubs and swimming pools are not included but are available to purchase from the Haven reception. The caravan will be available after 2.30pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 11.00am on day of departure. Terms and Conditions - A £100 non refundable deposit (which is deduced from the balance) is required to secure your booking and the remainder of the balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
A £50 refundable damage/cleaning deposit is required. The £50 deposit is refundable when keys are returned after your holiday and no damage or breakages to the caravan or its contents are noted (The Caravan has to be left in a clean and tidy condition with no damage and bins emptied). Damage deposit refunded after inspection of the caravan.
Midweek and weekend stays are available on request, we will be happy to try to accommodate you. We welcome families and couples that are responsible and want a happy and enjoyable holiday. (please refer to park's terms and conditions). Duvet covers and sheets/pillowcases can be supplied for £10 per room, or you can bring your own, towels not included. There are other clubs and bars with entertainment very close to the site where membership is not required.
